The terrace is beautiful. It was wonderful to be able to use it day or night. Signora Elba (the chef behind the terrace breakfasts) was really great --- her offerings were delicious, and she herself is a wonderful person. She went the extra mile in finding us some information on trains, getting us beach accessories, etc. She was the best informed and the kindest of the three people we interacted with. The room was really large -- three times the usual European hotel room. The bathroom was also quite large. The balcony was perfect for a taste of the city life below our feet.
The younger staff seemed to lack some customer service polish... and were not great in brainstorming some solutions for us with regard to a particular travel issue.

Beautiful hotel right on the port side. Views were unbelievable. Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable and great breakfast.

The hotel was is a lovely location overlooking Trani Marina. Good size room with amazing views and very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Very helpful and friendly staff.
