This well- kept property is in a quiet neighborhood with other nice single family residences. Not too far from a grocery store. The interior is as pictured, nice and clean. In the kitchen you'll have access to just about every small appliance needed. (We saw both a Keurig AND a 12-cup coffee pot for you coffee drinkers) It's quite easy to feel "at home" during your stay, with the cozy living areas and bedrooms. The basement offers an additional space that we didn't use, but was it was clean and inviting. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and recommend it to you!

There are four things that I look for when booking a rental:1. close to nature2. fully equipped kitchen3. comfortable beds4. internetThis rental came with all 4. It is close to Quivira NWR, TNC Cheyenne Bottoms, and Tallgrass Prairie Preserve (KS). The kitchen had almost all the kitchen items found in your own home excepting a keurig instead of a coffeepot, and no toaster. The beds were top notch and the internet was fast. Some of the most pleasant aspects were the outdoor spaces: a large deck, comfortable on even the hottest days, and front and back porches. A communication issue regarding locking the door was resolved relatively timely. To those who are concerned about privacy, there are cameras on the porch and one morning as I waited to resolve the locking issue, a guy on a riding lawnmower off the property blatantly stopped, pulled out his phone and took my picture. Other than that incident, it was a top quality rental.
