About this villa rental
Villa La Perla is a modern and specious yet cozy and inviting holiday villa only steps away to the crystal blue Adriatic with spectacular views offered from each angle. It occupies 300m² spread over three levels and offers a roomy lounge with floor to ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a bright dining room, all with access to the balcony. Specious bedrooms decorated in color themes each have their own private bathroom, seating area, flatscreen TV, including access to the balcony or terrace with magnificent views of the sheltered bay. For your entertainment you will also find a pool table room adjacent to the balcony equipped with table football. Once outside the aromas of sea and pines will delight your senses. Enjoy this area setup for leisurely activities, whether that means taking a dip in the heated pool, lighting up a BBQ, sharing al fresco meal with your loved ones, relaxing in a shaded seating lounge or taking a swim in the sea...the choice is yours. Life seldom gets better than this.
With four bedrooms, eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Option of two more on the sofa bed is possible.
Villa La Perla is located near Rogoznica, a small village yet a popular tourist destination known for its sheltered bay and calm sea. Restaurants, shops and beaches are all nearby.Not to be missed is the UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir 30 minute drive away. Head down to Split for a day to experience one of Croatia’s most popular cities, offering abundant restaurants, shopping, cafes, historical sites, and active night life.
For transparency: please account for 500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Friendly pets may be allowed upon request with 100 euro pet fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

fabulous place catered for everything,very responsive host who helped with any questions shame there was no restaurant in walking distance.We loved the paddle boards and the kayak,pool was amazing and the views to die for would definitely return.

The house is spacious and has a beautiful view and lovely outdoor areas. We especially enjoyed the pool, the close proximity to the sea with the possibility of swimming, and using the outdoor grill for barbecue evenings. The location is peaceful and quiet.
It is however recommended to have a car, as transportation is needed to reach supermarkets, the marina and the town of Rogoznica. Rogoznica is a wonderful and charming place with several nice restaurants.
Communication with the host worked well. The owner who welcomed us was nearby during our stay, very friendly and helpful, and even offered us a ride to the supermarket, which we appreciated.
We had a wonderful stay, truly enjoyed our time in Croatia and would gladly come back.
