Great location. Just outside of old town. Less than 10 mins walk from big free parking area. Less than 20 mins walking to the Roman theatre.
Room was fine.
Checked in online an hour before arrival ( ok, not a day or 2 an advance but still should be enough time to send the instructions ) and still hadn't received the entrance code before arrived at the door. Phoned the host who said he will send the code but still had to wait for at least 15mins in front of the door at the narrow pedestrian pavement where we were in the way of people walking.
Next day when leaving the apartment met a family of elderly people waiting outside with the same issue of not having instructions with the code. They also didn't have roaming and could not contact the host so we phoned from our phone to help them out. Looks like it's an ongoing issue which at this day and time should not be a problem. It should take seconds to send the instructions.
Second day staying air-con stopped working and we had to keep the door into the inside courtyard open to keep some sort of fresh air circulating.
Shower was missing one door. Coffee machines in common area did not switch on. Little things but disappointing.

Easy location and comfortable room and bed!
No staff on site at all but responsive online at check in then note again after that. Coffee and tea and water options limited, no milk for coffee.

Very good location walking distance to pretty much everywhere. Self-check in. Good aircon and shower. Adequate furniture and modern decor

I think the only reason for high review of this hotel is the location, just outside of the city center, next to the bridge.
I also like that there was a coffee machine with coffee in the common area.
Cleaning ladies are the only people you see and they are very nice, trying to fill what the missing staff should do.
This was the most uncomfortable pillows and bed I have slept for 15 years of travel. Well actually I didn't sleep for two nights of stay.
The room has very strong mildew smell.
Fridge makes loud noise, luckily you can plug it out.
There is no staff at all. It's ok that there is no one there, but they are also available to message on limited hours and sometimes they don't even reply. Maybe I wouldn't be very disappointed if they wouldn't place a message, asking to rate 9 or 10. Well, for that you need to show you care.
I asked in the evening if there is an umbrella I could take as it was raining, in the morning they answered "no", but the cleaning lady showed me where to find it.
I asked if I can leave my luggage, they offered to leave it in the corridor without attendance or bring to their office and never gave the address of the office.
Also simple things are missing - place to put tooth brush, place to put the soap, so it doesn't float wet on the table etc.
