The apartment includes a daylight bathroom with a ground-level shower and a separate guest toilet. A large balcony is accessible from either the living room or one bedroom.
For shared amenities, a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee. A designated parking space is provided at the back of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the basement or on the property, with access via the apartment key. A seasonal beach chair is reserved for guests at the Strandkorbvermietung Krebs from April 1 to September 30, located at the main beach (non-dog beach).
