Das Bett ist sehr bequem und insgesamt stimmte das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns die fünf Tage sehr wohl.
Der hauseigene Parkplatz (5 EUR pro Tag) ist zwar in einem überwachten Hinterhof, sogar in Sichtweite zur Unterkunft. Allerdings ist der Parkplatz nicht ganz leicht zu erreichen, es geht über holprige Pflastersteine und sehr enge Gassen. Die Zufahrt wurde zusätzlich durch eine Baustelle erschwert, wofür der Vermieter natürlich nichts kann. Zudem ist es nicht möglich vom Parkplatz direkt in die Unterkunft zu gelangen, sondern man muss ca. 3-5 Minuten außen herum laufen. Beim Betreten der Wohnung ist ein starker Parfum-Duft wahrzunehmen. Und der Küchenboden war etwas klebrig. Diese Kritikpunkte sind jedoch auf hohem Niveau, da das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung ist.

Die Wohnung mit den 2 Schlafzimmern ist sehr schön, groß und sehr sauber. Die zentrale Lage hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Der Vermieter war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar, dafür ein extra Dankeschön.
Für mich war das Bett entschieden zu weich.

Sauber, hell, angenehm, alles notwendige vorhanden im Badezimmer sowie in der Küche. Wir waren wirklich zufrieden. Gut auch wegen den 2 Badezimmern jeder hatte seine Privatsphäre und das war wichtig für uns.
Alles Top. Uns hat alles gut gefallen.

Prima appartement qua prijs.direct in centrum ,schoon
Staat van meubilair, wankele salontafel, wanneer je de staande lamp wilt verzetten valt hij uit elkaar. Mist toch magnetron,rolgordijn keuken kapot.
