Loved the location and the room was ideal for the night, very clean and comfortable, We were upgraded and was very thankful for the extra space.
No cafe/restaurant at the hotel. I am not sure if this is now gone or will come back in the future.

The location was great for restaurants and sightseeing in the old town. The room was pretty.
Check in process was a little slow. There was no kettle in the room. A communal one was provided downstairs in the hall, though.

Location. Staff very friendly. Adjacent to florists which smelt amazing. Snacks and coffee great

The location, very central to Old town.
The place when you enter is actually a flower shop, so it does smell good but doesn’t look like the pictures at all. So forget about the cafe boutique vibe
The non access to the pool, it was one of the main reasons I booked that place so it was quite a disappointment.
The staff was not helpful at all, not welcoming at all. It seems like it’s the staff of the florist shop and they have nothing to do with the hotel.
The bathroom was not clean and when I arrived there were some half dead cockroaches on the floor.
