Unimpressed with the flat. Could have been designed and presented better.

The location was great. They tried to add air con to the place but all it did was sound like a truck sitting just outside the bedrooms.

Even given the30 minute notice, the chap was an extra 15 minutes late showing us into the place - not great after a 5 hour plane ride, a cab ride and it being very hot. There was no cupboards or drawers for clothing in the bedrooms. Only in the corridor! There was a sign by the front door saying that short term rentals like ours were not allowed in the building, so we felt awkward every time we came into the building.

Not good

The position

It was not very clean and felt very “used”: the floor was damaged and the walls were dirty. There was no heating, and they provided us with portable heaters to warm the rooms.

WARNING: Misleading Listing & Unsafe Conditions

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the apartment was in an unsafe and unsanitary condition including a flooded bathroom, dirty bedding and furniture, damaged flooring, broken shower head and visibly deteriorated kitchen cabinets. The property looked nothing like the photos on the listing. Shortly after arriving, we were approached by building management, who informed us that short-term stays are not permitted in this building (photo of sign saying this is attached). This alone made us feel extremely uncomfortable and raised concerns about the legality of the listing. What made things even worse was the front door latch being broken. The door would not secure properly and swung open twice within the hour we were inside. This is a major safety concern and made us feel completely unsafe in the property. Because of the condition of the apartment and the warning from management, we left shortly after arrival and did not stay the night. We returned the keys the next morning. I contacted the property with photos documenting everything, but they refused to take responsibility and hid behind a non-refundable policy despite the accommodation being unfit for purpose. I would strongly advise Booking.com and future guests to take caution with this listing. The property was not as advertised, not properly maintained, and according to the building itself, should not be used for short-term rentals.

Very disappointing

Nothing, it was dirty, and in need of a lot repair.

The apartment was very dirty, and needed a lot of repairs. The kitchen cupboards were plastic doors, which weee melted & didn’t close.

Les instal·lacions i condicions dels banys, eren súper justes, algunes no eren gens correctes. Paviment aixecat, aigua sortia de la banyera, mirall trencat, radiador que es podia parar. Les condicions de la cuina, pèssimes, tant d'estris com neteja.

Non mi è piaciuta l’insonorazione, si sentono molto i lavori. E soprattutto non mi è piaciuta l’assistenza da parte dell’host, inesistente.
