A bit overpriced for its value

Cottage-like accomodation, plenty of room (big living room and bedroom), just a 10-minute walk to beaches and restaurants, so great location.

The house is located on an intersection, fortunately not very congested. It is in need of some renovation, kitchen and furniture are quite old. I had the impression of staying in a basement, you can feel the moisture.

Great and very kind host, nice and clean apartment, perfect for 4 persons, easy to reach Medulin center by walk (5 min) and Pula by car (15 min).
