8 / 10

We enjoyed our stay, with few points that could be improved.

We had a small and nice flat. Fully furnished. A nice new bathroom, and a small balcony. Big windows towards the innen patio. No bad experience with the construction site in the area. The whole place is new and very well located. The underground garage was a great extra.

We enjoy our stay and were aware of some of the following points before. This is only as a constructive criticism. We did not have anybody to welcome us, to give us the keys, to ask questions or to confirm that everything is fine at the checkout. But ok, some people may like this contact-less way of dealing with the guests or hosts. The flat SeaView is located in the Bel Mare resort... But NOBODY from the resort will help you out. Whem my Polish wife asked in the reception where the Building C was located, the women were almost insulted for sich a question! After a long trip, you simply don't want to deal with this situation. The entrance to the building looks like the delivery or back door. You feel like they hide you from everybody else in the resort. Flat didn't have plugs next to bed, even if it was advertised. Basic cleaning products and a toilet paper so bad, that it even melted when you look at it. Lovely huge windows with great curtains, but the crystal door has no curtain. We needed to hang a blanket to cover the sun in the mornings. The table had wheels and it was moving all over the place. While there was space for up to 4 people to sleep, there was only this small round table and two chairs. Access to a loundry room, even with additional charges would be great. Please SeaView, take care of this small details and especially give hints to the guests how to deal with the Bel Mare staff at reception.

Super tolle Unterkunft. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Es war sauber. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Reibungsloser Ablauf von der Schlüsselübergabe.

5 / 10·Aug 2026
