Superb

Staff was extremely helpful at every step. Even in that cold chilling weather, they vr ready for doing everything to make the stay comfortable.

The location of the stay isn't available properly even on Google. One shud find karelnu instead of stay name.

Excellent location, fantastic service

Excellent location on the hillside above the valley. Beautiful sight of the clouds coming up from the valley with birds chirping in the morning. Fantastic cottages with spacious rooms and big balcony with the sitout overlooking the stunning valley views. Really nice staff always ready to serve in the best way possible. The food at the restaurant was excellent as well. Overall, it is an amazing place for relaxation with fantastic service and facilities.

Not very easy for older people to climb up from the parking to the reception. It is about 200m and very very steep. Even the cottages are quite a climb from the reception. Something to keep in mind. Room 106 sometimes had the smell of sewage in the balcony, most probably from the septic tank below 107.

Serenity and relaxation at its best

The cottages were extremely comfortable and well maintained. The cleanliness was top notch. The manager, Mr Sunit is approachable and took care of all our needs. The staff is prompt and polite. The view from the cottages is the best part! The resort is away from the crowded part of Dalhousie which we liked.

Some people may not enjoy the secluded location due to accessibility issues. Also, there are several stairs that you will have to climb each time which might not be suitable for older people. Food can be improved slightly.

The base pillars of the cottages could have been better as it sometimes shakes while walking inside the cottage.

Overall it was a good and pleasant saty

The location was not that good and there was no arrangements of lift in the property U had to walk the lengthy elevation with no railings and no parking facility The location of the resort was very far away from Gandhi chownk However the location where the property was constructed was good u can have direct view of hills from the balcony of the rooms and the food was also costly overall not a good resort for paying 6000 per night

The basic enternce of the resort needs to be maintained and many things need to be done so that the first impression of the resort could last ever in the mind
