Nestled in Miramar Beach, this attractive condo for $325 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Relax and get away from it all in Miramar Beach (just minutes from Destin and 30A). Beach Resort is family friendly with one of the BEST POOLS around. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor. Come relax at our home away from home. Recently updated, the condo is furnished with everything you could want and sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. There are tile floors throughout the tastefully decorated condo. Starting with the Master bedroom, there is a super-comfy King Size bed with an en-suite full bathroom. Down the hall is the bunk nook fitted with twin bunk beds with barn doors for extra privacy. Attached to the bunk nook is a full bathroom with a stand up shower. The recently updated kitchen is fully stocked: - Refrigerator with ice maker - Stove/Oven - Microwave - Dishwasher - Plates - Dishes - Cups and glasses - Silverware - Pots and pans - Toaster - Regular coffee maker - Keurig coffee maker - Snow Cone machine In the living room, we have a queen sleeper sofa and a pair of matching convertible chairs that easily transforms from armchairs to twin beds. We have flat screen TVs and DVD players in every room. There is a Wii console with games, board games, puzzles, dvds, books for your entertainment. Our unit is an open concept with a dining room table and additional bar stools at the kitchen counter for extra seating. A sliding glass door leads you out to the balcony where you will find a patio table with four chairs and a chaise lounge to relax and sneak a peek of the Gulf. There's so much more: - Stacked washer and dryer - Extra blankets and pillows - Bath towels - Beach towels (2) - Pack N' Play We have a large storage container in our covered garage parking spot stocked with pool noodles, body boards, sand toys and games. We had a great experience staying here. The code we were emailed to enter the condo didn’t work, but owner quickly sent a new code that let us in. Great location, just across the street from the beach! Condo was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our young family. The pool was a huge hit with our young kids, especially since they weren't a huge fan of the beach!! Communication with Rosie was excellent, she was very quick to respond to any question I had. Property photos provided an accurate representation of the condo.

At first glance it seems hidden and not glamorous. But as soon has you pull in you see the great garage, personal parking space and easy access to the room. The room is modern, has great board games, view of the pool, and beach toys for the kiddos. The master bedroom is awesome, balcony is spacious, and the kitchen is spacious. Beach access was only 5 minutes away and the pool is amazing. Best bang for buck property for a family vacation.

The location was great. A quick walk to the beach and to a couple of restaurants. We loved Kenny D’s. We really loved the pool. The pool was our stop when coming back from the beach. The kids did some night swimming which they really loved!

The condo was great for our family vacation. Our girls 6 and 8 slept in the bunk beds and our one year old slept in a packnplay that we rented. We went to the beach and the pool everyday. Also used the grills at the pool to cook out. We were able to use the beach chairs everyday even on the busy weekend.

This was a great property- very clean and just as shown online. We had everything we needed prior to check-in. The pool is the best in the area with plenty of shade and the hot tub was nice. Everyone was very friendly, and the property was very quiet at night. It was especially nice to have garage parking with this unit, and also beach service with an umbrella and chairs. The only negative at all is that it is about a block and a half walk to the beach access which is a bit far when you are toting a beach bag and cooler. The beach was very nice and not crowded. This was a great unit to stay in, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Rosie was great to work with. The room had everything we needed especially for kids! There were sand toys, boogie boards, pool toys, board games, movies…The place was clean and it was nice having the room by the elevator and trash chute. We love having the garage parking and beach chairs included as well. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay at Rosie’s place! We had stayed in a different unit in the same complex last year and everything we felt like it was missing, Rosie had! The barn doors on the bunk room, second shower head to help wash little ones, even a well stocked cabinet of toys in the garage! The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in when we wanted, and the ice maker in the freezer made a big difference for beach days. Add the provided umbrella service and we had the perfect stay! Rosie was quick to communicate and made this booking a smooth process. 10/10 for Rosie! We will definitely be looking her unit up next time we come to Miramar Beach.

We have been to Destin several times, but this was our first time staying in Miramar Beach and we wish we would have stayed here sooner! The location is wonderful, the resort pool is great for families with older and younger kids, and the beach service is fantastic that's just a short walk away. The condo was very clean and our kids loved having bunk beds. We loved being able to rent a golf cart from a local vendor and drive along the scenic highway every day. The owner of this property truly wants to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. She answered all of my questions very promptly and was happy to provide tips to enjoy the local area. We can't wait to stay here next year!

We have been staying at the beach resort for 8 years, and this is our second year at Rosie's property. The pool and beach are amazing! Rosie is so friendly, and easy to reach and communicate with. Her unit is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in, and it is stocked with lots of "extra's" that other units do not have. We have absolutely loved this property, and we will definitely be returning! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your amazing home, Rosie!!

A great property that is well managed. The pool was heated and cleaned daily, the condo was quiet despite being in proximity to other residents. And the beach was beautiful and closeby. Located in between the touristy Destin area and the more scenic and quiet 30A. The bunk beds were perfect for our kids.
