This guesthouse shares the property with our gorgeous 2 BR, 2 BA house, "The Laurels," that we also offer for short term rentals. Each rental has its own separate outdoor entrance and private yard. Super easy self check-in and 24 hour access. Whether you are here on business, or for pleasure, The Bungalow is perfect. In addition to the comfy private bedroom, you have a living room with a large futon that can sleep 1 person while in the couch position and 2 people when pulled out. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker (coffee included), blender, dishes, utensils, pots/pans. Bedroom with memory foam mattress and pillows (heaven), dresser, full length mirror, iron and ironing board. Full bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Air conditioning units in both rooms. The Bungalow has a nice TV with basic cable and an Amazon Firestick, which allows you to log-in to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu. Guest access Easy 24 hour access through your own outdoor, private entrance to the apartment. The code for the keypad lock will be provided 1-2 days prior to arrival. Super easy self check-in. Interaction With Guests: We allow you to enjoy your space un-interrupted. However, we live nearby if you need us. We respond almost immediately to any requests.
