Located in Cedar Creek Reservoir, this lovely house for $896 per night is a great option for your next trip. ‘5 Star’ Harbor is a delightfully unique property located on Cedar Creek Lake just a short drive from DFW. You will think you are seeing double when you enter in and realize that this home has twice the amenities. There are 2 fully stocked kitchens, 2 living areas, 2 lake view screened in porches, and 2 laundry areas. And, with 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, there is room for everyone. The space will comfortably accommodate up to 5 families and is ideal for reunions or other types of small group gatherings. But, don’t get too comfortable in the house or you will miss out on the beauty and enjoyment of being at the lake. The sunrises are glorious, the fishing is abundant, and the fun on the water is spectacular. With 250 feet of waterfront, the sandy bottom, waist-deep water is the perfect location to play water volleyball, swim, or take a leisurely paddle board ride on the lake (life jackets provided for your safety). For extra fun, bring your own watercraft or rent one at a nearby marina. Take a break from the sun and relax under a shade tree on our comfortable hammock for two. Bring your own Eno as there are plenty of trees to hang them from and don’t forget to bring that book you’ve been wanting to start. For the competitive ones in your group, enjoy playing games, cards, corn hole, spike ball, or check out the Star Harbor Golf Club. This 9-hole course plays just under 2400 yards with minimal hazards, wide-open fairways, and basic, medium-sized greens. Work on your game by playing Star Harbor with one club, say a 7 iron, and work on mastering different types of shots with that club. After grilling dinner (both a gas grill and charcoal grill are available), wind down the evening by sitting around a fire. Roast marshmallows in the firepit, tell stories, sing songs, and breathe in the beauty of God’s creation as you gaze into the night sky. ‘5 Star’ Harbor has something for everyone to enjoy, but don’t take our word for it, book now and come see for yourself! Bedroom Descriptions: Bedroom 1- Master 1; King bed, sofa, and en suite Bedroom 2- Queen bed, 1 twin-sized pull out futon Bedroom 3- Queen bed, 2 twins (bunk bed) Bedroom 4- Master 2; King bed, 1 twin, reading chair, en suite, and lake view Bedroom 5- 1 Double, 5 Twins (bunk over trundle and side by side twins) Bedroom 6- Queen bed, 2 twins (trundle) and en suite We have dock that is available for our renters to tie up a boat to, however the boat lifts are not available for renters. This is a wonderful property for a multi-family trip. We had 4 generations, 17 people ages 1year to 78. The layout is perfect and you can see everything from the patio. The fact that there are no stairs in this house is wonderful for both small children and older folks.

This is an incredibly spacious Lakehouse with some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Our group had an absolutely incredible time, bonded, and reconnected. If you are looking for a place for your friends to gather, or your family to come together, do not hesitate to rent this Lakehouse. it is even better than described!

There were 11 adults in our group of friends and family. We had a wonderful 3 day weekend in this beautiful home at Star Harbor on Cedar Creek Lake. The property was pristinely clean, beautiful and spacious. We had such a great time and hope to return for another weekend of relaxation and fun.

The house was everything we wanted and more. The view of the water was perfect. Fire pit, dock, 2 screened in porches. The best part was that it felt like two homes. There was a quiet side with a small kitchen and living room, which is perfect for those that need to get a way or children napping. The other side is so conducive to socializing, cooking and being a big family. Plenty of beds for everyone, which is a rare find. We didn't have a bad word to say about the place.

First. The owners are so awesome to work with! Excellent communication and truly cared that our experience was perfect. This property is 2 houses connected by a hallway. So you have 2 working kitchens, 2 living rooms and plenty of beds.

Excellent location within Star Harbor. Easy access from Dallas area. Fantastic setting with huge double lot views to the lake. Great outdoor space for games. Worked wonderfully for our large group of 8 adults and 7 kids under 12. With the two homes connected, kids had their own space to hang out play games from a well-stocked game closet. Large corn hole, spike ball, and other outdoor games were a nice surprise. Plenty of living space plus two large screened in porches. There are a large number of life vest and beach towels were much appreciated when we rented a boat. Large dock with plenty of space to tie up. The two kitchens are extremely well equipment for serving and meal preparation. All our meals were prepared at the house, and we filled the two large refrigerators, yet a 3rd large refrigerator on the porch was great for all the drinks and accessed without going inside. The amount of pantry items available for use was excellent. All switch labels and small signs really shorten the learning curve on home use as did the well-prepared guest manual. The beds were very comfortable and linens very nice. Plenty of soft towels. We could not have asked for a better place for our family.

Our recent experience at this beautiful lake house was excellent in every way and more than we expected. We are a group of 10 long time friends who have taken a yearly “getaway” for over a dozen years and have been in a wide variety of places throughout Texas. Your lake house is now our all time favorite!
Your communication regarding all of the details is thorough and very helpful. Your house is warm, inviting, and clean providing comfort for all. The two screened in porches, with plenty of comfortable seating, provided a pleasant place to sit and visit while taking in the stunning view of your back yard overlooking the lake.
The living and kitchen areas more than accommodated our group. You have everything stocked for anyone's needs, including a game closet filled with a wide variety of choices. While we didn’t use the lake opportunities, we could see you have all the items necessary for fun on the water for all ages. It is located on a very quiet street and parking is ample for multiple vehicles. All of us would use this house again and recommend it without hesitation.

We had a great time in the lake house. It was clean, and VERY well stocked. Beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood. The two house setup worked well for our group with teens/young adults and their parents. Jenny was quick to respond and easy to deal with. We will definitely look for this home again if we're in the area.

We spent three nights at this house with 10 adults and 4 children under the age of 11. We had plenty of space and room to escape the crowd noise if we needed a break! We cooked an early Thanksgiving feast, so the two kitchens were very much needed for ovens and fridge space. I hope we can return!

What a great weekend spent with family at the best lakehouse! Every year my entire family takes a long weekend trip together and this house was perfect for us! There was plenty of room to spread out (there were 14 of us) and the lakehouse had everything we could ever need. The kitchen was well stocked, several towels in each bathroom to last us the entire trip and a closet stocked with games. There are two kitchen areas, two living room areas, two dining tables and two laundry rooms. These definitely came in handy with all of us!
I was impressed with how clean the house is kept inbetween guests and the owners are incredibly nice. They are super helpful and are easy to communicate with. They also went out of their way to ensure we were returned a couple of items that we accidentally left behind.
We will definitely be staying here again! I am thankful for the great find on VRBO!!

The living/dining rooms were so spacious, and we had room to spread out. Great screened in porches for relaxation. Great kitchen....so many appliances and stuff to help us in our meal prep! Bathrooms were really nice. Everything was especially clean, and the house almost looked newly painted. We couldn't find anything to complain about....and with 13 women, that is nearly impossible;))))

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Star Harbor for our prayer ministry team retreat. Plenty of room and bathrooms for our team. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors, two kitchens (that are truly fully stocked) and just an absolutely peaceful place. We can’t wait to stay again!

Our combined family has used this lake house twice for our family weekend together. This lake house is PERFECT for our large family. The kids really enjoyed playing on the lake and fishing. The house is well kept, clean, and a great layout for a large group. The home owners are very responsive and helpful. Many memories were made and we look forward to coming back again.

Great house! Wonderful amenities and kitchen accessories. Our grandkids loved the lake level (low for adults, but perfect for kiddos!) Fished and tubed with our boat which was easily anchored near their dock. We had to contact the owner to access the paddle boards, and she responded immediately. Observations: both ceiling fans in the bunk bedrooms are in need of attention (probably an easy fix - just noisy - maybe loose?) The larger bunk room door got stuck 1 time with older kids needing help to get out...lol. VERY nice, comfortable beds and furnishings but LR rug & upholstered furniture and especially the windows on the larger side of the house could use thorough cleaning to better enjoy that perfect view of the lake. I'm sure it's tough to keep clean with large groups so we made sure there was no food or drink except in the kitchens or outside. The check out procedure was easy to follow and made it simple to tidy up before we left. The family before us left lots of garbage for the trash service, so I think our amount of trash was within reason for 16 people. Would definitely recommend larger/extra outside trash cans to accommodate the needs of the house and avoid asking guests to take trash with them.

Perfect in Every Way
We looked at lots of properties before deciding on this wonderful home. And it did not disappoint! The owners/managers were a delight to work with. Our stay was in the middle of the snow and ice storm in February and they did everything they could to accommodate us.
The house was comfortable, charming, clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The decor and "feel" of the house was so inviting, we felt at home the moment we walked in the door. I could not give this property a high enough rating to represent our experience. It's worth every penny! Thank you Jenny and Alisa for the blessing you provided with your kindness and your beautiful home. We'll be back!

The property is great. The location is great. The hosts are great. We had a family gathering with 18 people (16 overnight folks) ranging from 8 to 71 years of age and had a wonderful time. I think the firepit was the most popular area to just hang out and talk. The kitchen was well-stocked.

Perfect stay!
We came into town for our annual Canton shopping trip and this property was absolutely perfect! The split floor plan worked perfect for our group. The views are incredible as well! We loved it so much, we already booked it for our trip next year!
