Great property for a larger group - has everything you will need. Awesome location just one block from the beach. Highly recommend this bach.

Had a good time at the property , only real faults were one of the glass shower doors was off and left leaning against the wall so things got a little wet when in use , though property manager did infofm me a door was not right and was hopefully going to fixed. A good sized place for our group of 10 and plenty of room for everyone. Nice to have a nice big deck also though the umbrella had seen better days. Location was perfect and was in amongst the action All in all a nice place and a nice holiday .

Overall giving this place/experience an average review, as there was so much good about it, + sooo much that needs to be improved. To start with the good.... The location is simply amazing, just outside of town a 1 minute drive or 10 minute walk. 30 seconds to the beach. Center of everything for surf and beach. The house itself is super cute, and has a fantastic layout. Kids on one side of the house and adults on the other side. Loved this. Open floor plan, large open windows and doors, huge front yard to run around, tons of stocked beach toys and bbq accessories, the bbq and pizza oven. This place just has so much going for it. Now the bad... And I must start by saying -- this trip almost didnt happen as the property manager CANCELLED on me, the morning of my reservation, during a cyclone!! Was a frantic morning of back and forth and waiting, only to end up staying at the house. Thank god we had a place to stay, but what a terrible 'welcome' and check in. Now the house -- HOLY FLYS!!!! Bugs, flys, mosquitoes, you name it, just everywhere. A big draw of this house is there are 2 fell walls of windows/doors in the kitchen & living room that can be opened, but good lord are there a ton of flys everywhere. We could not kill enough of them, and eventually kept the doors closed which was a bummer. This also had nothing to do with the trash, which is not enclosed in the house, as they were honestly everywhere but the trash - the floors, the windows, the coffee table, the counter tops, you name it. Overall made me think the house just needs a real deep cleaning. Now the list of broken things around the house.... Both shower doors were broken, with 1 being completely unusable throughout our stay and the second barely usable. The sliding doors previously mentioned are not sealed correctly, so during a rain water comes inside the house. The outside umbrella was broken and completely unusable, so no shade on the lovely outdoor deck the entire time. The wall heaters either dont work to emit any heat AT ALL, or get lava hot and will scold you upon touching it. Also note they sit at about 2.5ft in height, or perfect for an adult to burn their hands, and a child to burn their face. DO NOT USE THESE. This house is fantastic but just seems like it has been used and abused over the years and in need of some serious upkeep. If they did, i would stay here again, but in the same condition i would not. Just hope they dont cancel on you

We had a wonderful relaxing week away staying at this fabulous home only 1 block away from the beach. Awesome deck to entertain on. Easy walking distance to town. Loved being so close to the beach to carry the surfboards down. Comfy beds and great kitchen. Will definitely book again.

We had the most amazing stay here over Christmas - the location is amazing, an easy walk into town and also right by the beach (and the surf club so there are lifeguards too). We had many a fun evening on the deck out the front using the fire/bbq. The property is all fenced so it’s great for little kids too. This place is awesome and we will be back (I hope!)

Had a magical time, the property is positioned right in the middle of everything, its our 4th time staying and we've already booked to stay again ! cant wait =)

Gr8 location, but house had mould issues the smell on arrival and every time we can back into the house was awful, sheets on bed smelt because of dampness and one bedroom had stained sheets. Needed a good spring clean skirtings and headboards, shower doors not working properly For an anyone with breathing issues dust and mould the worst. We have stayed in a few b&b in this price bracket and this property just didn’t cut it and a bit more loo paper wouldn’t go amiss only there 2 nights and had to go buy some

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is well located, with close proximity to the beach, Blackies coffee hut and easy access to the main street, shops/ restaurants etc. The house itself is well equipped for all your needs.

Great spot, close to beach, glimpse of sea, wonderful deck, comfy beds. Great kitchen set up for family catering. Very comfortable stay.

Nice property. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Close to beach. Would have given a 5 star rating but we were let down by one or two minor inconveniences of which I have relayed to the owner.

Friendly people and neighborhood. The home itself is beautiful so much space. Everything you needed in a kitchen was there and available, the outdoor seating and set up was perfect for us to sit out and enjoy each other's company relaxing and eating. The town, the local dairy and the beach were all within 2min or less walking distance. The only disappointment you would get from staying here is having to have to go home! We miss it already and cannot wait to come back again next year. Thank you Hayley for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Everything about our stay was amazing and we would highly recommend! The house is very well set up for families, and is to a very high standard. Location could not be better. Only prob is leaving. Many thanks and we hope to stay again in future.

Very good experience. Close to a beautiful beach. Nice comfortable home for our family for 4 days. Everything we needed was there.

This was an amazing place to stay. It catered brilliantly for everyone. Grandparents (with bathroom very close to master suite- basically ensuite). Parents (three bedrooms to choose from for the kids) Kids (toys and fenced backyard) Not to mention the sneaky ocean view, pizza oven and short stroll to beach. We loved eating outside every night once the kids were asleep listening to the waves. Would certainly stay again :)

Close to the beach and a short walk into town. We'll equipped bach, the outdoor pizza oven was a big hit. A high chair in the cupboard as would have been useful. Great location, modern, clean, easy.

Lovely weekend away with close friends. Property is very close to the beach and has a relaxing vibe to it. Everything is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable too.
