The staff was very friendly especially Costa he provided good information and suggested some restaurants. The ladies from breakfast were also very helpful. The parking service was very good and we had a very nice view.
The hotel is far from the center if you don't have a car but it's close to the airport. The bathroom had a bit of mold and the door of the shower unit was missing so we were only able to close one side but this caused the entire bathroom to be wet.
