The property is great for swimming, fishing, ice fishing, sun bathing, boating, grilling, kayaking, paddle boarding, reading and family fun time. The views are amazing, and the swimming is wonderful on this part of the lake. The house is perfect for a family or group of friends. There are 4 kayaks and 1 paddle board on the property. This house also includes central air, wifi, a dishwasher and a griddle style grill. There is a smart TV and DVD player, but no cable. Upstairs: 1 full bathroom Bedroom 1: 1 twin bed, 1 full bed Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed Downstairs: 1 full bathroom 1 king bed Floor space for air mattress or sleeping bags. There is deck furniture in the summer, just not in the pictures.

This house was perfect for a quiet Fall getaway. The manager was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns. Sitting by the fire pit next to the lake was just the “pause” I needed.

We stayed at the lake house while visiting Middlebury for Family Weekend. Spent a gorgeous Saturday afternoon on the deck with family catching up. Beautiful setting. House was comfortable, quiet and well-stocked with kitchenware, etc. Would love to stay there again another time.

My family and I had a great time on the lake! The house was the perfect size for our group, all of the rooms were clean and comfortable. The deck and lawn area were spacious. The fire pit was the perfect ending to the nights! We did bring our own firewood, but there were also firewood stands nearby the home. Mike, the property manager, was very responsive and answered all of our questions leading up and during our stay. The neighbors were also very friendly and welcoming. We are hoping to plan another weekend getaway to Lake Bomoseen!

Overall experience with family was great! Kayaks, paddle board and extra outdoor amenities made the experience a memorable one. Air conditioning is super cold on the first floor and warm upstairs but there are plenty of clean towels, toiletries, and blankets. King size bed was super comfortable and cozy. Great place to spend time with family.

Four of us senior ladies had a few days away at this wonderful house. Everything was perfect. The house was very clean and in a great location. We spent hours relaxing and looking at the lake. It was well stocked with supplies. From this house we took short trips to other nice spots in Vermont. Collin was quick to answer any questions. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this house.

We had a great stay! 2 families for a local basketball tournament and the house was spacious and had what we needed. Kayaks a bonus for kids that love to fish. Thank you

Loved the view and the home. It was clean and well maintained. The stay was very relaxing. The only thing that could have been improved was that the downstairs bedroom was cold and did not seem to be connected to the heating system. I’m sure it is comfortable in the summer but not this time of year. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

The house was extremely comfortable and had everything that we needed. The view was peaceful and gifted us with exactly what we needed. Beds were so comfortable where we had a restful nights sleep. We were close to Castleton University where we were able to go see our daughter. Thank you so much for a great stay. Would love to come back again.

The location is great. You are on the lake and its quiet and serene. The leaves on the trees at this time of the year were beautiful. Overall view is breathtaking. The accommodations were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

We stay in the area with some regularity as our son plays Football at Castleton University. This location was a nice proximity to the school as well as being quiet and serene. It was a great spot to prep for our tailgating activities and a. Ice place to relax afterward. The property offers plenty of space and seems to be newly updated inside , especially the bathrooms. We plan on staying here again later this month and will definitely stay again next fall for our next season of football!

This was one of the very few pleases where I actually cried a little when leaving. A spectacular lake home with a beautiful view of the waters. Colin and Jackie made the house extremely cozy and inviting with all amenities that you could need for a lakeside escape. And the king sized bed in the master room was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We plan on returning here again next year! There is plenty to do within an hour and a half drive of the lake house. Tons of great restaurants and tap houses. Highly recommend the Lakehouse restaurant and the Lounge & Tap Room at Bomoseen. They are 2-3 miles from the house and have great food and drinks. I highly recommend staying here.

This house on the lake was awesome for me and my pals to hang at, and not too far a drive from Killington. It was comfy, cozy, and being right on the water and walking on the frozen lake was a cool experience. May return in the summer :)

We had a wonderful stay at the house! Everything was as expected and as listed. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and well maintained, and the open living room/kitchen provided enough space for a small family gathering. The air hockey table and various kids toys were also a hit with the children! Our only issue was the sliding door took some muscle to open and shut! It’s possible it was a cold weather issue and is not a problem in the summer. Thank you for having us- we would definitely stay again!
