The Hunt Lodge

I liked the rugged exterior, balcony was a huge plus and the windows could open right up for a nice breeze. Beautiful location next to the church. Nice TV in our room as well.

Shower pressure wasn’t good at all, its a real shame as well because a new shower had been installed. Could use a little TLC to some paintwork and what not but overall decent.

Reasonably close to the Grand Union canal tow path. So a good stop over on a long walk. Sheets were clean.

Stained carpets, the cold water in the bath ran very poorly, no toiletries at all, no water in the water dispenser.

Very comfortable bed in Room 4.

Room 4 - The shower is terrible and probably needs attention before someone scalds themselves.

Room and location.. Good size room with space to move about considering double bed... Good size TV. Nice quiet area by church and park, no noise. They should make more of the buildings history and listed status...

The ensuite was a converted cupboard it felt like.. Sit on the loo with your chin in on the sink almost, sideways entry into shower... shower 2ft square with showerhead covering much so you couldn't avoid the water when it was too cold and too hot... No room to dry yourself except back in the bedroom area... Coffee maker (brand new) didn't work initially and when messing about with it finally got it to work by reinserting the pod it overflowed the too small cup which was all that was provided... No room in mall sink to fill kettle at all or coffee machine container fully... I reported it but they should maybe have been removed from the rooms as they were untested and potentially could burn a child guest, just saying...
