Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay in this flat. It is on the 4th floor with a lift, and the building is a short walk from the seafront, in a gated community. There is a meet and greet service for key handover and Louis Paul, who manages the flat on behalf of the owner, is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The flat is about a 20 min walk from Cabourg along the Promenade Marcel Proust, at a leisurely pace. There are lots of benches where you can sit down to breathe in the sea air and admire the gorgeous sea views. We visited Houlgate, Deauville and Honfleur as well as exploring Cabourg during our stay. The drive from Caen's ferry port, Ouistreham, was straightforward, and took about 40 minutes. You can actually see the ferries come and go from the flat. We come from the Midlands in England, and as such are landlocked, this made the sea view and the sound of the sea all the more magnificent. The flat is compact and bijou but was perfect for our needs for the week.
If I am to be very picky, I noticed that the wardrobe did not fit the clothes' hangers unless they were at an angle but it hardly impacted on our time there.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist direkt am Strand. Der seitliche Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Strand und das Meer ist einzigartig. Die Unterkunft ist zwar klein, jedoch dafür gut eingerichtet und hat ein gemütliches Bett. Wir wurden vor Ort von Herrn Louis Paul herzlich persönlich in Empfang genommen. Herr Louis Paul war sehr freundlich und hat sich bei unseren Rückfragen schnell zurück gemeldet.
