Breakfast was tasty. Staff were good and polite. Food was tasty, but costly,understandibly, for a resort. View from the resort is very Good and access to all other places is easy.
During cyclone time in chennai, the resort refused to give back the booking amount and their booking policy doesn't include any kind of natural calamities.
The road to the resort is a steep uphill and the road is totally broken and damaged. Very dangerous for sedan vehicles, which are bound to hit below and damages are imminent. Only SUV's can be OK.
The Room curtains are really very dirty, not at all acceptable at any level and they don't close completely, affecting your privacy. The bed sheets are OK, but need more maintainance.
Most importantly, the temperature inside the room is uncontrollably cool , if it rains heavily.
