Great place to stay! Grand kids loved it! Plenty of room for our group of 14. Couple of housekeeping issues. Definitely would stay again!!!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The views were wonderful and we werent far from everything we wanted to do. The owners were easy to access when we had any questions. Our family will definitely be staying here again..

The house was awesome. Had ample bed space and comfy couches. Could have used more towels, but the 5 bathrooms were very helpful with 14 people. The kitchen was well laid out and very well stocked with dishes, but lacked paper products like napkins and paper towels. Parking was exactly as described and suitable for our needs. Hot tub was excellent , but did have small issue with one set of jets that didn’t seem to work. The public use pool was padlocked during our stay and no one was ever in the pool while we were there. We did not get to use it which was the only real disappointing part.

Thought it was great. Enough room for my party of 12. Only thing was not enough room for the trash had to leave three bags inside the washer and dryer

We were here for a week. Ages from 2 1/2 year old to 62 years old. We had our grandsons, 18 year old son, and three adult children. Our 18 year old had 2 friends. They weren’t able to stay all week but when we were all together; plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! Plenty of cooking utensils! The game room was a hit too! We used the gas grill! Perfect! Big living area for our grandsons to play in . I can’t say enough great things about our stay. We will be back! Perfect for our family.

We did a family trip with 11 people. The cabin was clean, spacious, cozy, and had a phenomenal view with the sound of a peaceful creek running just below. We enjoyed the spacious open concept of the kitchen and living room, and we also utilized the game area on the second floor, and watched a movie in the cinema as well. Each couple had their own bedroom/bathroom, which made it super convenient when getting ready to head to town. The cabin is off the beaten path, but just 15 short minutes to downtown Gatlinburg to enjoy the sites. Overall, the whole family had a blast and we would all recommend staying here!

I surprised my husband with a weekend away for his birthday. It was a beautiful cabin with plenty of room and things to keep us occupied. The pool table and pong table was our favorite. The cabin was very welcoming and cozy! We have no complaints at all! Possibly coming back to stay again in the future!

3-levels with plenty of space. Bedrooms, couches, recliners--this place has it all including a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table.

The house was perfectly suited for the gathering of our extended family for a rare few days when all of us could interact. The house was nicely decorated with a Christmas theme - just as we hoped it would be! There was something for everyone to do and places for everyone to gather or be alone.

The house floor plan was great for our group of 12. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. And the great room was perfect for gatherings, Christmas morning fun, and game playing. And the large dining table allowed us to all eat together. The cabin was decorated for Christmas and was quite lovely. We did have a few problems. The grills were dirty and the gas grill only lit on one side. As this was listed as an amenity, we came prepared to grill out. And there was a few housecleaning issues.

wonderful home, lots of room to celebrate the upcoming birth of our Lord and to keep culture in the true meaning of the season. kitchen waswell stocked, the house was tastefully and elegantly decorated. ( even the bears dropped by to celebrate. Very homey and accommodating for our party of eight.

Our stay here was great. We had plenary of room to be together or get some space if needed. The house was clean and comfortable. The view was wonderful. It was very well stocked with all you would need for cooking or rainy day in. The directions to here were helpful but I don suggest going in the day light hours as driveways are hard to see in the dark. There are 3 floors so if steps bother you that would be a problem unless you stayed on top floor. The drive to Dollywood and pigeon forge was about a half hour and we went during heavy traffic time so keep that in mind. The host was very good at communicating. We would stay here again

I was very pleased with our stay at this home., and especially communication with the home owner. Everything was as described, and the home had many assets. The only thing negative that I experienced, was the need for routine maintenance (A/C, decks and need to refresh of surfaces) and cleaning of furniture, dust and cobwebs.

The cabin was a perfect size for 14 people. We enjoyed our stay.

Would stay again and recommend it to others

The home is definitely large and has adequate kitchen utensils. Bedrooms on middle level seemed moldy and some of our family couldn’t sleep down there and wound up sleeping on top level couches . Lighting was not bright enough anywhere. We had an accident in the Theater Room due to the lighting - a fall resulting in a trip to ER & a multi-fractured pelvis. Hard to read the sign warning of a step when you can’t see it. It was scary to park in the upper parking area as it is so steep. Glad we didn’t rent a large van. One member came home with bites on her legs - not from mosquitoes. Definitely not the family vacation we planned.

Our family came down to celebrate an anniversary and had a wonderful time. There was a little something for everyone

The property is beautiful but, all the shower curtains had mildew on them. The hot was not only degustingly dirty and once cleaned would not get hot. The jetted tub in master was dirty as well so I could not use either of them. You could tell the home wasn't cleaned properly dusty. Beautiful home to bad its not properly cared for.

Cabin First of all, Joan and Jim (the owners) are just amazing! Very responsive to any questions we had though I tried not to go overboard! 🤣. They were very considerate giving us directions to the cabin. It was a little hard to find the first time but just because we just weren’t sure what we were looking for…. The sign that says “dead end” is not the right place 😂 but if you take street going opposite way, you are there! It is a cabin in the Smoky Mountains so expect to go UP lots of hills. The first time you go there, I highly recommend daylight if at all possible! It is a bit precarious with sharp turns and hills. This place is huge! It was perfect for our group of friends and family (8 adults and 5 kids 8-14 years)! The theatre room on the bottom floor is bigger than the picture shows. There is parking and an entrance on that floor which was really nice to have (directly in front of you at the top of hill, gravel, house hidden from street). The kids spent a lot of time down there with the massive TV screen! The teenage boy was in heaven because he was able to hook up his X-Box to big screen to play games! 🤣 There is a full bathroom with shower/ tub on this floor. There is a twin bed and a microwave and cabinets for storage. No one wanted to sleep down there alone but it would be a perfect space for an older teen or adult. The middle floor has a great play room that was very much enjoyed by all. Ping-Pong, pool table, big checker board, and foosball! Everything was in good, used condition. There is a fireplace but we were there when it was HOT 🥵 and didn’t even take a second look! This floor has a queen bedroom with attached bathroom that also opened to the game room. The king room is opposite the queen room and has a full bathroom which you walk through to get to room that has the full bunk beds. It is not the ideal set up though the room is a bit bigger than the picture looks. There is space on both sides of the bunk to move around. The bunk itself is fantastic! We had 4 girls that slept in there… well, they were supposed to be sleeping but there was lots of giggling! Note that if you have people in your group that are not great hiking up and down steps, don’t put them on this floor. It did get tiring for some. Especially when bringing everything in when we got there and taking everything out at the end of our stay. The top floor also has an entrance which feels like the “main” entrance. My husbands side of the family and I spent Thanksgiving at this cabin & it was PERFECT! the size of this place was unbelievable. we had our normal holiday meal that we would've cooked at home and the kitchen was fully equipped for our needs. This cabin also has 2 entrances which was super nice, the main driveway is steeper than pictures lead on but it was no biggie to us. We have saved this location to stay in again forsure! The communication with June was amazing.

There was plenty of room. Easy to find. Kind of secluded. Would definitely stay here again.

Cabin was great inside, although we had to wait 1.5 hours to get in because the cleaning service was not done but I can sympathize because of being short staffed, outside needs some maintenance especially the decks and railings. The hot tub had not been cleaned very well and definitely needed chlorine which never got taken care of during our week stay, overall a great stay, well stocked, nice game room and theater room and plenty of space for a large group
