Situated in Gardiner, this charming house for $396 per night is a great option for your next trip. 3 bedroom, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room, washer & dryer, central heating and cooling WiFi,& direct TV, New mattresses on 3 Queen size beds with memory foam mattress toppers, and on the bunk beds +2 roll a ways. nice hard wood floors, blaze king wood stove, great central location in Gardiner Mt. North entrance to Yellowstone national park. I just added a kiddie highchair it's a portable so it attaches to a chair, we also have a pack and play. New bathroom tiles, and a new breakfast bar in the dining room, seats 5 people on stools, and 6 at the table and chairs.We have a fenced back yard but that does not stop the animals from stopping by to visit. We have a deck and almost every window gives you a view of the rocky mountains. We have a cushioned swing that the teenagers seem to really love. flower gardens, and a couple of rabbits just waiting to eat what ever I plant. Newly paved parking lot in 2021.

We loved our stay. The house is so close to the North Entrance of Yellowstone. Everything was as the listing said. Beds were comfortable. The fenced in yard was nice. Love the views of the mountains out the windows and from the yard. We has Elk right in the yard daily which was so neat. We definitely recommend this house. Was perfect for our family.

This house was perfect for our Yellowstone trip. The location right outside the Northwest entrance made going into the park each day so easy. In addition, many of the restaurants and shops are walking distance from the house too. The house was well stocked with amenities.

This home was in the perfect location for us to spend all day every day in Yellowstone! We enjoyed elk outside our door every day and the house had everything we needed to make it home for the week! Terry was great at communicating and we had a great family vacation!

We had a comfortable stay at this quaint little home. While one bathroom for 8 people was a bit of a struggle, the proximity to the north entrance of Yellowstone made it worth it! Less than a ten minute drive to the park. The home is a quick 3 minute walk to local restaurants and the town grocery (which was well stocked). The house itself is small, but well stocked with all of the essentials. Keep in mind there is no dishwasher, but we had plenty of hands to help so it was no problem. Keep an eye out for local wildlife in the front or back yard. We had visits from both elk and mule deer! All in a great stay in a perfect location.

This was a perfect stop for our cross country road trip! The views of the mountain were spectacular. Convenient location just outside the north entrance to Yellowstone. A nice neighborhood ek wandering throughout. A fun stop!

The location is great for Yellowstone. The area is close to restaurants and shops. You are expected to wash and dry the towels before you leave which I wish was explained prior to booking. We didn’t mind doing but wished it was stated upfront. The house floors creak and the doors creak and need to be slammed to shut which makes it hard to move about without waking others. The host communication was great and everything was clean. Lots of available towels.

Clean and comfortable, allows pets and has a fenced yard. An excellent location for exploring Yellowstone National park. Furnishings are interesting, with books and knickknacks. It is in town, across the street from an eatery that can be a little noisy, but didn’t bother us. Elk wander around the town, and one got into the fenced yard, which was startling, but it did eventually leave. The house was just what we needed for two couples and two dogs.

I really enjoyed the house and all the accommodations that Terry made sure we had. The kitchen was very equipped the bathroom was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! It was nice to have laundry available! Thanks especially to Terry as we were challenged with the Yellowstone flooding! She went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and sound, thanks again Terry

We rented this house for our family trip to Yellowstone! It had enough space for my big family and a BEAUTIFUL view of the mountains. It’s located in the town so there was stores if needed. The owner was very kind and made sure our trip was fulfilled. We highly recommend!

Even though an older house it is well maintained with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and dining room table large enough to seat the whole family. Easy entry to the park and can walk into town for dinner or groceries.

The house was in a great location for us to be close to the rest of our traveling party. We were initially here for our annual Buffalo hunt and even though we did not conquer that quest we were able to still enjoy the time in a house rather than a hotel room(s). We loved the fireplace the most as we have lived in homes with a fireplace. We had the feel of home which made us relax more.

We stayed 5 nights while visiting Yellowstone. Location was great. Easy access to the park and could walk to restaurants and shops in Gardiner. Place was comfortable, spacious and had all we needed. Great value for a group! Just one small note - the shower temp was hard to regulate with the handle. . Easy communication and check in. Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend!

Great location and property and was well equipped. Everything worked well. Bed was a little soft for us but we’re seniors so we’re used to a firmer bed. Terry was great and answered all our questions. We had a wonderful time visiting our favorite National Park.

Easy accesss to Yellowstone

Terry and Mamma Terry were great, even though we did not meet face to face they were easy to contact and the property was clean and well prepared. Location could not have been better. Having several Elk in the yard and peeking in the windows was a fantastic bonus! I would stay here again without a doubt.
