Gute Lage, aber schlecht organisiert und dreckige Wohnungen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, die Einrichtung der Wohnungen war auch gut. Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür.

Die Organisation war katastrophal. Ich wurde ab Buchung bis zur Reise mit Mails zu gespamt die unfassbar lang und immer länger und mit doppeltem, dreifach dem gleichen Inhalt waren, sodass ich anfangs erst die extra Reinigungskosten beinahe übersehen habe. In der Beschreibung steht dann „Schlüsselübergabe beim Check-In/in der Unterkunft“. Ja, letztendlich steckten einfach Schlüssel von außen und ich habe in diesen ewig langen Mails gesucht, bis ich gefunden habe in welchen Häusern wir untergebracht waren, welche Wohnung dann in den Häusern jedoch, war nicht ersichtlich. Immerhin konnten wir jemanden telefonisch erreichen, der uns weitergeholfen hat. In der Anzeige war jedoch angegeben, dass es in der einen Wohnung drei Schlafzimmer geben sollte und mehr Betten, tatsächlich waren in beiden Wohnungen nur 2 Zimmer und dies entsprechend unverständlich, warum die Wohnung dann, bis auf dass sie ein paar mehr qm hatte, teurer war. Da wir eine Gruppe waren, hatten wir uns schon was dabei gedacht, insgesamt 5 Zimmer zur Verfügung zu haben, naja… Weiterhin waren beide Wohnungen dreckig, was vor allem aufgrund der extra anfallenden Reinigungskosten von jeweils ca. 100€ pro Wohnung (für 3 Nächte) unverständlich war. Fette Spinnenweben, sandige Sofas und Sitzbänke im Essbereich, Pfandflaschen unterm Bett, vergessenes Spielzeug unterm Wohnzimmer Tisch (ich will also gar nicht wissen wann da mal zuletzt Tisch und Betten bewegt wurden, um vernünftig sauber zu machen) und das Lowlight dann: vergammelte Schüsseln in einer Wohnung in der Küche. Gut man kann wohl nicht davon ausgehen, dass das Reinigungspersonal alles an Geschirr durch sieht, ob es wirklich sauber war, aber naja bei dem Wenigen, und wie alt das bereits aussah, hätte es schon mal auffallen können. Sowieso „voll ausgestattete Küche“? Also ne, bei aller Liebe, nein. Auch der angegebene Föhn in beiden Wohnungen war nicht vorhanden.

die Lage war super die Wohnung war ok

oberes Zimmer war etwas laut, weil es keine Tür hat keine scharfen messer in der Küche Dusche hatte kein durchgehend warmes wasser die Wohnzimmertür liess sich nicht schließen, wir haben dann immer einen Hocker davor gestellt es gab keinen Besen zum zwischendurch mal Sand fegen (nur einen Schrubber) es gab keine Abwaschbürste, nur ein Tuch das Geschirr war teilweise nicht ganz sauber
