Self check-In could be improved but everything else was perfect for our stay.

The location is fantastic for proximity of the old town and market square as only a 5/10 minute walk away. Also there is a great supermarket across the road for any bits and bobs you may need. There are some very lively clubs and pubs 2 minutes, up and around the corner, especially for the younger generations but being a bit older we preferred to walk into town instead. There's also plenty of takeaways and coffee shops below the apartments if you don't wish to travel far. The apartments themselves were lovely and everything we needed for our short stay (4 days). I would definitely stay again.

The Self Check-In process was a little confusing. As I completed the checking in form on booking.com I really expected the access codes and instructions to be sent via the same platform and it wasn't until I phoned the property, as I couldn't see these instructions, that I then realised they were sent to my email address. I think this should be stated prior to prevent the stress and panic. The access of information for checking in wasn't so self explanatory and contacting the property a little confusing too, especially as the first part of the call was in polish, but then follows on in English so okay in the end. It could be rather stressful for someone who has never completed this process before. But once the email was located and read, the access was straightforward. All good in the end though!

Disappointed.. but good location

Liars and manipulators

Shocking manipulation with price - there is one correct price indicated in annonce, so I’ve booked the appt but when I began to pay they tried to write off twice higher amount. When I called them to clarify the issue they answered that the taxes and cleaning fee were not included. Cleaning fee equal to appt price!!! For the first time while using booking.com I got such a situation. Obviously they presented my cancellation as “no show” and writes off amount indicated in the annonce and guaranteed by bank card. What a cheating!!

Great location, nice apartment, good value for money, just let down by a few small details

The property was in a good location only a 5 minutes walk to the main square, with shops, bars & restaurants nearer than that. It also has a large sunny balcony.

It was let down by a few small details. No toaster!! Not enough plates & glasses, the bed is too large for the area it is placed in as there is no room to walk down the side of it & there is a big dint in the middle!!. There is also no air conditioning (just a fan). The balcony was also dirty with cigarette buts all over the floor.
