FSC Dale Fort Hostel

Very good value, especially for the location

Bathroom fan was like a hurricane it was so loud

Dale Fort is an amazing location if you like the outdoors and rural seaside aspect. The nature and wildlife in the area is amazing, and there are several gorgeous swimming spots/beach spots, often accompanied by a walk with amazing views. The site itself is a unique place, it has history and a rare peacefulness to it. The self-cook kitchen area has enough space for several groups at a time, and the lounge/entertainment areas have everything to keep you occupied.

There's not much I could say to improve on.

The location was super cool, and the shower was to die for and the check in process was very detailed.

This place is cool but the experience is quite minimal. The halls and rooms smelled a little musty, and there seemed to be a bit of mold in a few spots in the bathroom. The room instructions gave details about what to do with the trash can, but there didn't appear to be one in the room. For the price I also would have expected staffing into the evening and maybe at least a tap or fridge to buy a pint, but there was no admin there after 16:30.

Location is perfect lovely beaches near by .

We found it very difficult to find some were to eat on the first night . Due to having very young children it would of been good if the accommodation provided evening
