Blu oceano B&B, Italian restaurant

The property feels like an oasis, very peaceful and relaxing. The host and staff were amazing and very friendly.

Solo 3 camere tipo bungalow,, pulitissime e incredibilmente senza zanzare, con bagno semicoperto come nella tradizione Indonesiana, doccia perfetta con un bel getto di acqua calda. Le camere sono semplici, immerse in un bel giardino tropicale, letto comodo con zanzariera. Posizione perfetta per girare Nembralla e le spiagge lungo la costa sud-ovest di Rote. A pochi minuti di scooter anche da ristorantini e beach cafè. Atmosfera giusta la sera all'ottimo ristorante italiano, dove spesso organizzano serate di musica live durante la cena. Molto buona la pizza, le varie paste, la parmigiana di melanzane autentica italiana e il tiramisù. Massimo, il proprietario è un ragazzo gentilissimo, esperto subacqueo e anche surfer. Può organizzare il transfer in arrivo e in partenza da e per porto e aeroporto. Noi abbiamo noleggiato anche lo scooter da lui, a prezzi molto ragionevoli. Una base perfetta per viaggiatori, non per turisti in cerca di lusso e di sistemazioni super moderne e asettiche. Noi ci torneremo!

Nulla, tutto benissimo, ma il posto è adatto a viaggiatori che amano la natura e non hanno pretese di lusso.

I loved my stay at Blue Oceano! It was precisely what I was after. It had everything I needed to relax right there at the accommodation and out of the way enough from the main action of main street Nemberala but still close enough to nip in and out of town. Massimo and his team have created a beautiful atmosphere including lush gardens and a charming restaurant. The accomodation has the rustic charm I enjoy. Clean and full of effortless character without being overly designed. I loved the outdoor bathroom and the amenities were ample. The highlight for me was the staff! They were so accomodating to me and they have a special vibe going on there. As a solo female traveller I felt totally at home and part of their family. The staff arranged my scooter so conveniently and Massimo explained the surf breaks to me. I surfed almost everyday at T land which was an easy scooter ride (although a bumpy road...i found this quite fine) or a nice walk along the beach. I would highly recommend Blue Oceano, particularly to solo women. Oh and not to mention Apre's jam nights! What a legend...yeh man! My only regret was not booking my whole stay there. Thank you guys!!!!

The only thing I didn't like was outside the control of the accomodation- local noise. You would get this anywhere in Nemberala. And roosters.
