Happy with everything on the whole :-).
Only thing I would change being able to check in earlier then 4pm on the first day as it leaves it rather late to unpack and make use of the holiday ( & in our case cleaners were not ready then, but kind and apologetic :)..)
Any advice for next stayers would be to make sure the bin men take the bin.
Lovely house, lovely part of England and nice surroundings including the lovely town of Rye.
Appreciate the lovely welcome greeting and cake at arrival, went down a treat with the kids.
