Nestled in Tanque Verde, this attractive house for $120 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Condo is located in a quiet neighborhood off E Speedway Blvd. Feature 18' high ceilings in the living room and dining area. It is beautifully decorated in SW style with tile and carpet throughout unit. New air conditioning and heat pack unit in late 2022. Each Bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bath. Bathrooms have new low water flush toilets in 2023. Kitchen is fully equipped and features a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster oven and a microwave. We installed a new Bosch dishwasher in 2023 and a new Samsung electric stove in 2022. The kitchen overlooks the dining area and living room. Dining area has glass table and four chairs. Living room has two couches and a smart TV with Roku, Sling Blue and ability use your own other streaming services. Wi-Fi Slider to back yard with glider & outdoor dining set with a view of the Santa Catalina mountains to the north. Backyard has a fenced in area with a gate to open area. Washer/Dryer downstairs. Short walk to large, year-round heated pool & ten person spa. Covered parking for 2 vehicles in front. Opportunity to rent an additional space. Pets are welcome with owner approval.

Owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Space was excellent for 2 couples. Great location for hiking biking swimming store’s restaurants coffee shops!!

We stayed at this property for over a month and very much enjoyed it. The patio is lovely (love being able to see the mountains) and the pool was fantastic (almost never busy). Fantastic hiking is so close by. We also enjoyed the taco truck (Taco Stop) within walking distance too! Nancy and Linda were great hosts.

We stayed for 2 months , Linda and Nancy were Amazing hosts! They had supplies and all we needed! They were extremely responsive, the coffee pot went out and the next day they dropped off a new one! The location is wonderful, we loved the complex - very quiet, beautiful pool and dog friendly! We were working remote and on vacation at the same time…minutes away from beautiful hiking! We will be back!!

We stayed here approximately two months. We SO ENJOYED our stay. The unit was comfortable, roomy, and tastefully decorated. We had zero problems. The pool area was clean and quiet. The location was beautiful with a Mountain View from the patio. We would stay here again when in Tucson, and would recommend it to family and friends. Brian and Theresa Sitka Alaska

My partner and I spent two wonderful winters living in this delightful condo. It is immaculate, comfortably furnished, great beds, has a lovely patio with some mountain views, a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and is a two minute walk to the fabulous heated pool and massive hot tub. The grounds are impeccable and the neighborhood quiet, friendly and safe. We had a wonderful time hiking, birding, biking and enjoying the music, food, and art festivals that Tucson has to offer. Linda and Nancy are wonderful owners who have thought of everything! FIVE STARS.
