Situated in Brian Head, this lovely cabin for $899 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our wonderful ski-in / ski-out cabin is located in the prestigious Trails @ Navajo area at Brian Head Ski Resort in Southern Utah. It has a great year round location, nestled in a beautiful woodland setting on a private cul-de-sac and offering convenient access to the slopes and Brian Head Resort. Inside, the cabin is roomy, warm and comfortable with knotty pine accents throughout. Relax around the rustic stacked stone fireplace in the cabin’s lofted great room or watch movies on the 47' LED LCD Flat Screen TV. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen stocked with appliances, a full laundry room and four full bathrooms. At night, take advantage of the four TV’s with cable and DVD/VCR, X-Box, Hoop shoot, gaming table, entertainment center or wireless internet. Offering easy access, our cabin is on paved roads that are plowed right up to the two-car garage and is located just three hours from Las Vegas or Salt Lake City via direct access off I-15. Brian Head in the Summer : Summer is a great time to visit Brian Head and our cabin makes a great base for visits to the many National Parks that are close by (Zion, Bryce, Kolob, Cedar Breaks). Brian Head resort offers mountain biking and a challenging Frisbee golf course along the ski runs. There are also miles of ATV trails (and rentals) and endless hiking trails and walking paths to enjoy the outdoors. In addition, nearby Cedar City offers the annual Shakespearean Festival with shows and events most days and evenings. Our cabin has both covered and open decks, a BBQ and a fire pit to enjoy the mild summer days and nights. The cabin makes a Great place to relax, explore or host your family vacation.

We had a great time at your beautiful cabin. Our adult kids loved the ski in ski out option. There was plenty of room for puzzles, games, eating and watching tv. We had a gorgeous snowstorm while we were there. Just what our family needed!

You can’t beat ski in ski out! There has been a LOT of snow this season and Scott has done an amazing job keeping the path to the ski trail in great shape. This cabin is our favorite :) Thank you Scott and family for having us back again.

Wow!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The property was absolutely gorgeous, a true ski-in, ski-out. We had young kids with us so it was nice to be able to have easy access to the house and slopes. We loved the chalet style windows we could watch the snow falling outside from. The kids loved the double bunk beds and basketball game. The kitchen was so well stocked, way more than we were anticipating or that we’ve had with other places.
The owner went above and beyond to make our stay great and even checked in on when we arrived and left to make sure we were safe (so much snow!). We didn’t want to leave! Scott- you have made repeat customers out of us! Thanks for everything!

This was our second time staying in this beautiful house and it was even better than we remembered. It was perfect and spacious. We are enjoyed home cooked meals, afternoon sledding and some fun ski days with tons of snow. The location to the mountain was key and made for some easy ski in/ski out access.

Best ski in/out property at Brian head. This house has a nice kitchen right off the great room and a large kitchen table for meals together. New carpet and bunk beds for the kids. The double garage was nice to have for a ski locker and the sledding for the kids was right out front. This house checks all the boxes and is a great place to stay on the mountain.

We had a great time and we were completely comfortable in the cabin! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the living space is cozy, and the kitchen met all of our needs. It was a great trip in an amazing environment.

Stayed here for a week with friends and family. Great location close to the ski resort. The house is comfortable in a quiet cul de sac and our kids enjoyed being outside in the snow. The owner was great about communicating with our group before and during our stay.

We had a great stay. The house was great and accommodated our group of 4 adults and 5 children well. It is less than 100 yards from the garage to the ski slope!
We had some difficulty with the Wi-Fi but the owner was responsive and worked to resolve the issue. Some issues with satellite tv also due to several days of snow. Overall the property was great and we had a wonderful time. Hope to stay again!

There are five of us in our family and this cabin had plenty of room with ample elbow room to spare. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the snowboarding 50ft maybe from the door. Definitely would stay again.

Great Property
The home home had everything that we needed to make this a great ski trip. Plenty of space for everyone and a great downstairs room for the kids to hang out in. The location was the best part right off one of the runs at Navajo. Being able to ski in and out for lunch and to take breaks was amazing.
The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and made check in/out as easy as possible. We definitely plan to stay here again.
