All new appliances, furniture, a high-speed Internet with the TV cable that includes a variety of channels. The apartment comes fully set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay. So, all you need to bring is your luggage. In the apartment, you will find Bright, Warm, Clean, fully equipped TWO separate bedrooms to sleep and relax. LARGE Master Bedroom with TWO QUEEN-SIZE BEDS and enormous size closet ideal for 4 people. JUNIOR Bedroom with ONE QUEEN-SIZE BED and closet is perfect for 2 people. All of the rooms are comfortable for rest, have Air Conditions and room darkening. LIVING ROOM has a comfortable sofa, where everyone can enjoy time together by watching TV, play games etc. KITCHEN with all necessary supplies such as microwave, coffee machine, cooking pots, frying pans and toaster. Everything you need to make a homemade meal. Also, I always keep in the apartment olive oil, salt, pepper and coffee filters. EAT IN KITCHEN - our kitchen table perfectly fits group of 6 people, where you can get your meal together or it can be used as a working space as well. BATHROOM we do provide for all our guests with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries. Also, in the apartment you always can find basic first aid items and earplugs for you to use. A LAUNDROMAT - we don’t have laundry in the building, but there’s a laundromat in the corner of our block. Drop-off service available. PARKING - Please note that the apartment DOES NOT come with parking. You are responsible to arrange for your own parking if you have a car. It is safe to park in the street near the apartment.
