Beautiful cozy hotel in a newly renovated villa, perfect location in the heart of the town. The rooms and the equipment are excellent, staff kind and helpful. There is a free parking in the yard, we felt comfortable and safe.
There were some things which I can understand, but still - didn't like it and made our experience a little less exciting. The electronic system for room keys (cards) keeps breaking, as we were told by the staff when there was a problem with one of our cards. But much more of disappointment came with the breakfast - although we understand that when the hotel is not fully occupied, they keep the variety of buffet smaller - but still, it's a 4 star hotel and we paid our price. Honestly, in some cheap hostels you can get a better breakfast. Additionally, the cutlery was not prepared on the tables, so it was a full self-service. You would expect more at such a great place...

Rožnov is very interesting place, lot of history and local spirit in the sense of folk traditions, surrounded by lovely nature. The hotel is well located inside Rožnov, few steps from the square, everything in a walking distance, but it is on own land, kind of neat garden, where one can park freely after opening a gate. This brings the feeling of comfortable isolation from crowds and some peace. The rooms are cosy with nice vintage decor, everything clean and well maintained. Good breakfast, we really liked breads.
We were disappointed that the restaurant, which used to be gourmet place with exquisite wines, had very limited opening times, sometimes closed entirely, sometimes opened for lunch only, but one could not have the traditional nice dinner in the garden after a day hike.
