Perfect!

Location was perfect for ski in/out. Accommodations exceeded expectations, it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Great ski in/ski out for families

Called me before I arrived. Gave me confidence that things would work smoothly. No problems with anything.

Stones throw is a cute quaint condo full of all the amenities needed.

It’s a cute,cozy and quaint condo full of all the amenities needed. It did the job we needed for the 5 off us.

It was a bit further away from village than expected. It was very confusing to find the unit… why are they not numerically in order? A small map of units may have been handy to know which way to find the unit. A couple of clothing hooks would’ve been nice in ensuite.

The condo was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. We felt very much like at home. the hot tub was welcoming après-ski with a view

The location was further away from the Day Lodge than desirable with children and the unit numbering is difficult to find

We had a very enjoyable stay together as a family and skiing together at a ski hill we love.

The location of the property was excellent. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub was great. We love skiing at Sun Peaks and had two fun days of good skiing.

Final intructions for how to check-in were not sent to me until 10:30 am on the arrival day and only after I phoned to ask when I would get these details. Since I did not want to upload a photo of my drivers licence into the check-in app for Bear Country, I chose to go the Bear Country reception desk to check-in. The young woman there was a bit condescending in her response when I commented on Bear Country's heavy reliance on the customer having a smart phone and being expected to monitor it as we were travelling to the property the final details . Not only was I expected to have a smart phone so I could check-in via an app through a link, I was expected to be monitoring my email on the day we were travelling to the property. We were also instructed that parking for our second car needed to be paid for by scanning a QR code. I found her attitude was a bit rude. We did note that the furniture in the condo was quite dusty.
