No café da manhã achei meio desorganizado em relação a falta de pequenos detalhes e utensílios...tipo gelo pro suco, algum talher que precisava tipo colher para mexer o café ou suco, tinha que ficar pedindo e eles estavam com cara de muito atarefados para atender as solicitações, embora a comida seja deliciosa! A quadra de beach tennis do local carece de manutenção urgente! Lotada de pedras pontudas de brita no meio da areia, impraticável para jogar sem se preocupar com se machucar ..

It does look amazing in Instagram. Staff was super nice and tried to do it all to mend the situation we were in….
We had originally booked Atins Charme Chalés based on a recommendation of a hotelier who told us it would suit us to be what we needed to celebrate my husband’s 50 years old birthday. At the first views, by instagram and photos it does look nice. But once we arrived and had no one to meet us or got to our room and it was moldy and had no shower operating properly, it was quite frustrating. Our daughter had to be in the pool waiting for the shower to be fixed for over one hour. And even though it was not fixed. Problem was not solved and it only was solved when crew changed us of hotels!!!
