The environment was serene and safe, despite being close to a major road. Their facilities were functional, and the hotel was very neat. I absolutely loved how friendly, prompt, respectful, and helpful the staff were. They made our stay in Lomé easier, and it was very helpful to have staff who speak Fon, French, and English to varying degrees. The water pressure was really good; looking at the city by night and across the water basin was relaxing. You will get good value for your money here (this applies to the food too); I will definitely return!
At first, we were surprised to find no refrigerator in our room, but we soon forgot about it because they were kind enough to let us keep our stuff in the fridge at their rooftop restaurant-bar.
The breakfast menu needs more variety; having the same or similar meals every morning can get boring.

My family and I arrived past midnight to click in. Their staff intentionally stayed up to greet us and check us in. Great customer service and great communication. Also the breakfast was wonderful.
I booked two rooms. One room was great. The other room had ants. They gave us their best. But this day the ants found a path through one of my rooms. They were apologetic and surprised about the ants.
