everything was perfect, spotless clean , nice host , very beautiful view . apartment was right at the beach which was very good for us been with two kids

Location and equipment of the appartement are very good!
Really beautiful renovated, great beds, luxurious linnen, location is wonderful although it is on a very busy road.
Service en communication with the agency is very efficient and friendly.
Perhaps the noise of the busy road at night.

Modern furnishing, bright living room/kitchen, nice view from balcony, easy access to bouillabaisse beach which is just out the front of the apartment, car space
The shower was flooding even after short use because the drainage did not work properly and the shower floor inclination towards the drains seemed insufficient and also no means to close the shower cubicle.
The temperature in the shower was also very hot even on the "coolest" setting.
Using the shower in the bathtub (as an alternative to the above) is also difficult because there are no shower curtains, water is easily spraying everywhere.
There also seems no drainage in either bathroom floors.
The living room / balcony face the bouillabaisse beach which is very nice, however all the (3) bedrooms face the main road which is very near and can be very noisy even late at night or early morning hours.
The remote to the Living room air-condition did not work.
The faucet lever of the kitchen sink kept falling off.
The light in the stairwell did not work, it was pitch dark at night climbing the stairs. Servicemen came to repair it one day, however by evening of the same day it already did not work anymore.
For the price of the flat I would expect all the above to be working in tip top condition.
Building from outside looks a bit run-down, so is the stairwell, but the flat is modern.
The agent was very friendly and responsive, however the above issues remained throughout our stay.
