Overall nice location wins over small items

Google greenery and nice location

Booking was for a 1 bhk kind of unit, but we had only a single room allocated. Lot of construction work was going on, that too very near restaurant area..

Actually we have booked a Villa for 5 people. But they have given us 1 deluxe room initially they told us 2 deluxe rooms On arrival they gave us only one deluxe room and asked them how we can accommodate 5 in a small room again they have given us 2 deluxe room and they told they will provide extra mattress but that was not give even we told them to provide. But the Location and the rooms were very good

They have not provided an extra mattress for the extra person as they told initially . Their king side bed can be shared by 2 only but we have shared for 3 with discomfort

your expectations will be completely different from what you actually get.

This property was with good ambience.Room and bathroom were clean. Camp fire was also arranged.

We visited recently Feb 2023 through Booking.com, we booked to stay for 3 days but checked out in one day itself and rest of the days we stayed in another hotel in yercaud. We actually booked by watching some positive reviews in YouTube but we really disappointed. 1.Food was big disappointment. Too salty chicken in all dishes(Dinner). They only give you options for your dinner menu. Also timing for dinner they only choose and not the guest. 2.Unboiled egg omlet was served, Too much Sour Dosa(புளிப்பு தோசை) served for breakfast, but idly was good. 3.No service for Emergency, Office Desk or F&B during night time, even early morning till 7am. We suffered a lot to get water early morning, then I went in search of water for my baby milk. found nobody was there in reception and F&B. 4. Staffs could have been some more responsible. 5. One important thing is there is no sink/wash basin in living room.you need to go to the bathroom even to wash a glass which may not be hygiene according to me. I stayed in their top premium room which was same as such. This was my 1st experience in kolahalam, yercaud. I gave them feedback and left the hotel on the same day..I don't blame the management..they may be working towards customers satisfaction but if staff members are not responsible then the entire system may get a bad name. Other than the above complaints, this property was with good ambience.Room and bathroom were clean. Camp fire was also arranged. Thank you

Food is pathetic and served cold. No taste only spices filled in it. No options for vegetarians and neither are they ready to accommodate any requests. Chef is bad basically. And if you are travelling with kids then please don’t eat here since there is nothing to eat.

Better Not to stay more than one day

Breakfast is ok and the location also is not bad.

Second day they did not provide the facilities to us like first day as we continued in the same room.

We liked the property only. Such a peaceful place to be for a break

Very bad service, non responsive staff, unprofessional attitude, no wifi, limited food menu. Service is not a value for money at all. But property is an asset and very peaceful.
