Unit 904 The Point on Timberball

It would have been a very nice experience if there was electricity as the apartment was very beautiful and had an amazing view.

Unit 904 at The Point on Timberball: We have had the most horrible experience due to having no electricity the entire night and the next morning till we checked out, we did not have hot water to shower with nor did we have electricity to charge our phones which rusulted in us not being able to depart as planed because I had to look for a place to charge my phones nor did we have any emergency lights in the apartment, the children were too scared to use the bathrooms or move around the apartment as our phones (to use the torch) were dead and it was completely dark. We were not able to warm up our food. There was a pool of water by the fridge as it had defrosted, and my baby boy slipped due to the darkness. Our goods had been destroyed due to the fridge no electricity the entire night.We were in a new place and there was no lights which made us feel extremely insecure, the apartment did not have any back up emergency lighting or even candles so we were in complete darkness. It was truly a night of torture for us. My children did not even have any source of entertainment. At this point, I should have been provided with alternate accommodation as a bare minimum.My family is truly disappointed in the manner we have been served. I had paid the full price and did not receive what I had paid for. I strongly feel that I should be re-embersed. I recommend that something should be done about emergency lighting and emergency sockets.

No Instructions of where to find the keys The securities around the complex was uninformed Nobody could tell me where to find this place. Badly situated The security was not helpful The person who eventually called was also not helpfully I wont use the place again nor would I recommend it

Can’t close curtains if I wanted to in the sitting room There were a lot of ants on the wall. Couldn’t control aircon, buttons not working

Peaceful and relaxing

The view and location were exceptional.it was peaceful and very relaxing. Richard, the guy downstairs, was so welcoming and kind. Great job, bro 👏 very helpful. Definitely will be going back.

Due to the weather conditions, the big glass door in the lounge wasn't closing properly and scary at times 😳 needs some T.L.C

Service is horrible very bad haven’t met host the was no room service no toilet paper we had to walk to buy ours , towels were unchanged hence we had few towels I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone

the host should atleast provide the guests with tea, coffee, and travel size shower gels just to make the guest a little comfortable especially on their first morning

The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable, with azing sea views.

There was no air conditioner working throughout the 3 days stay, it was quite uncomfortable at night as we had to leave the windows and balcony doors open to get breeze thus welcoming a lot of mosquitoes.

I loved the sea view and breeze...The friendly warm hearted hosts.The tight security and exceptional provision of necessities for our stay.

Location

Apartment poorly maintained. Things are damaged and falling apart due to lack of maintenance. Everything in the apartment needs attention. Linen not cleaned

The entertainment, Wi-fi, we could watch Netflix and youtube.

The sliding doors on the balcony gave us a problem closing. They must work on pest control, and the kitchen needs more cooking tools and a toaster.

It was advertised as 1 double bed and singles..there was no double beds it was all singles ..no cleaning or changing of bedding..found the place with half toilet paper where we had to go buy our own...

The only positive was the location the apartment itself needs a lot of TLC to get back to its former glory days.

The Location is outstanding

1. Furniture too old 2. Doors need repainting 3. The sliding doors need to be replaced 4. The bird poo everywhere on the balcony chatters 5. Birds always disturbing when chilling on balcony 6. Shower & Bathroom needs revamp 7. kitchen sink tap was leaking 8.Spotted some cockroaches in the apartment
