A modern, minimalist, cosy Scandinavian styled fully equipped townhouse in Xevera, Mabalacat.
ENTIRE HOUSE with all basic appliances and furniture, including a flatscreen HD SMART TV, HIGHSPEED PURE FIBER INTERNET upto 100 Mbps. Window type Air-conditioner in the bedroom and brand new split type digital inverter 2hp air-conditioner downstairs (sitting area, dining/kitchen), heated shower and a kitchenette with induction cooker.
Bed is brand new with white crisp cotton linen. Hotel quality white towels are provided.
Sleeping Arrangement: One bedroom has a double bed. One bedroom has a single sized floor mattress. There is an extra floor mattress in double size air available and also a couch in the main living area.
Open plan kitchen-dining area.
House is very private. Total floor space is 376 sq ft.
Within the gated community there is free access to a large outdoor swimming pool with an additional kiddies' pool. Free access to swimming pool is for the first 4 people and for every extra person you would have to pay 50 philippine pesos to pool attendant. Mondays & Tuesdays, cleaning/maintenance schedule of swimming pool therefore not available during these days.
A fully equipped gym is also available for a very minimal fee per visit.
There is also a children's playground within the gated community.
Within a few minutes walk from the house there is very large Robinson's Supermarket, Star Mall and a 7-11 convenient store. There are also different types of restaurants you can choose from.

FREE 20 litres bottled mineral drinking water per week will be provided at the house.
FREE tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, biscuits available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 persons with the possibility to accommodate up to 6 people. Extra guests after 4 guests will incur a very minimal charge which is 5€.

Leora and her mother Nanay Aida are the best hosts you can possibly ask for from the moment you step into the property you can feel the hospitality and kindness they carry in their hearts. They made my stay such a memorable time. Leora frequently checked on how I was doing and made me feel so comfortable staying in her cute little home. A very safe neighborhood with welcoming loving people, 24 hour security, a gated community with lots of things nearby. Overall my stay was great & I would highly recommend staying here.
