Goor en deprimerend. Onveilig gevoel.

Het hotel ligt centraal in de stad.

De kamers zijn goor, vol met haren en andere zooi van vorige gasten. Kamers op de begane grond hebben geen ramen (echt te bizar voor woorden). Het pand voelt onveilig.

It is literally closed to everything, train stations , restaurants, services and stores. I was mostly go walking to wherever I go.

There was just a small notice, the sink in the bathroom was sometimes leaking from the bottom not severely visible but still has to be maintained.

Hotel was fine, nothing special, but had all the facilities needed.

Perfect location, close to the main station and in the middle of China town. The fact that it had a mini fridge in the room was a big plus!

From check-in till check out, the bad experience ever! - Cleanliness of the room, dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen. The mattress and bed sheets full of dust, looked like no one came to clean the room for ages. Dust and spider webs in each corner. Specially during this period of bed bug issues in whole Europe. Hygiene is the most important matter what you could do as a hotel owner/manager! You could hear the housekeeping opening and slamming doors like they were the only one in this “hostel” early in the morning. The noise levels were disruptive and all we wanted was to have a proper sleep before continuing our journey. Upon check we mentioned our frustration and all we heard was “we will share your concerns with our manager” like they couldn’t care less. Meanwhile I contacted the hotel through Booking.com, offered 30EUR discount which I didn’t accept and now they are ignoring all my messages for more than a month nor I have seen that 30 EUR back on my account. I do not recommend this “hostel”! This marks the first time I feel compelled to share my concerns, never ever in my life I have written any negative comments about any business and unfortunately I took only 1 picture of a filthy table where you see my finger print on that dust. I hope this review will be a lesson for you not to scam any guest!

Es war eine Katastrophe, nicht 1€ die Nacht wert

Gefallen hat uns das freundliche Personal und die gute Lage

Es war extrem dreckig Vieles war defekt Man konnte keine Nacht durchschlafen Mitten in der Nacht wird gewischt und dabei überall laut angeeckt Sehr teuer Parken nicht wie angekündigt 18,50€ sondern 32€ Keinen vernünftigen Kundendienst

Gelegen in het gezellige China Town. Puike badkamer. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Vooruit betaald, waarom dan toch nog 100 euro "borg"? (Zegt wrschl. wel ies over het soort gasten dat men vreest.) Er is geen ontbijt. Gordijnen met grote slijtagegaten. Tapijt (niet smetteloos) op de grond. Geen lampjes bij het bed.

Très bel hôtel

Je séjourne pour la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel ,les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses . L’emplacement est idéal.

Il manque peut-être du mobilier d’extérieur pour pouvoir profiter de la terrasse ainsi q’une séparation pour plus de tranquillité.

This is a great option for someone to stay who wants to explore The Hague on a budget.

This was great value for the money. The staff was friendly, professional, and responsive. The hotel and room were very clean. The room was nicely decorated, nice flooring, plenty of hot water in the shower/sink. There was a nice terrace where guests could go to smoke, talk, etc. The bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was an easy walk to the main train stations, the central business district and the museum district. They also rented out bicycles directly from the hotel at a reasonable price and in good working condition.

These things didn't matter much to me, but to others they might: The bathroom sink was mounted on a wooden countertop that looked pretty worn. The location of the room faced the main street that had a lot of pedestrian noise in the evening (I reserved a room with a window), although the noise died down after midnight. The neighborhood seemed safe, but it was far from affluent.

Position

Rooms, no air conditioning, no windows, no wardrobe. Room 202 is literally under the stairs and with difficult access with luggages.

Great city trip

I really liked the location. Everything was nearby. Even public transportation was very close. We got there bye train and were able to walk to the hotel.

We hoped to have a bathtub in our room. But were just as happy with our shower.

I liked the bed because it was really comfortable and the staff was really kind. The position was in the centre so everything was easily reachable and the room was pretty clean.

Good location, friendly staff.

The hotel does not offer breakfast. There is a coffee maker in the room and also a kettle.

The cleaning of the room is every other day. They forgot to do the service in mine.

Big room, close to city center, nice and helpful staff.

You have to pay 100E as insurance for things you might break or for breaking the policy of the Hotel. But the hotel has a lot of it's facilities already broken or very close to fail on touch. The windows don't do a great job to isolate sound and as the Hotel is on one main street there was noise all night.
