The cottage was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxed break. Its location couldn't be better, just a peaceful, short walk into the town centre to explore the independent shops, market, and local pubs. Having so many scenic woodland and riverside trails right on the doorstep made it a dream for walking the dog. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hebden Bridge!
Being tucked into a narrow valley, parking is severely limited. Finding a spot to park can be a nightmare, and traffic along the main road through the town can be really heavy. Though the town centre is flat along the canal, almost every residential street or trek to neighbouring villages goes straight up. If you're on foot with heavy bags or low mobility, the gradients are unforgiving.

It was quirky, full of character and very comfortable in a lovely setting with a river walk 5 metres from the front door. Everything you need for a staycation away was provided. We loved our time there!!!!
Parking can be a bit of a problem sometimes because of the popularity of Hebden Bridge!!

We didn’t have the key code. Had to ring the owner for it.
The Bathroom. Needs an overhaul. Especially a new shower. The door wouldn’t shut properly due to swelling and water leaks. Mould on walls near shower.
