Nice and relaxed stay in a secluded valley

Great hosts. Appartement has a nice view over the valley. Sauna (open on rainy days in the summer) was also nice.

Only minus were the rather hard beds.

Truly amazing place to relax

We feel lucky to have found this spacious apartment with a beautiful mountain view, and a great children’s play area (and a bar 😊) just a minutes’ walk up the road. The apartment and facilities were so clean that they seemed like new, and the spa / sauna area was a welcome treat at the end of a busy day exploring. The outdoor pool is also heated and the view from there is amazing. Bathrobes and towels are provided too. The location is a small quiet town on top of a hill, which suited us. The town has a few basic shops and a couple of restaurants, and there is a larger town with more facilities 10 minutes’ drive away. Marco and his family are very warm and kind people, who often helped us with advice on what to do in the region.

Due to the location being up in the hills / mountains, there is quite a long drive to / from the apartment. Even though Como, Bergamo, and Milan are not far away, it does require an hour or so to get there due to the roads. Didn't bother us though, and worth it for the scenery and quiet.
