About this house rental
The villa is located in Olbia (SS) precisely in the site named Murta Maria. The “Costa Smeralda” airport is 7kms far and the seaport is only 8kms. It is located in an extremely quiet position, near to the village center and at 1,5 km from the nearest beach which is Porto Istana (a bus is leaving every 30 minutes). Close to it there are 2 supermarkets, clothes and handycraft shops, newsagents’, ice-cream shops. Greengrocer’s and many other shops. Then there are also at least 4 bars/ restaurants and pizzerias. The villa is a three rooms house with 2 double rooms, bathroom with shower and heated towel rails. There’s a large dining room with a sofa bed of 1 ½ ; a total surface of 70 sq. metres ca. including an external veranda, apart from others 150 sq. metres of a private garden/courtyard, which is gated and equipped with an automatic watering system. There is one open car park and the villa is equipped with a tank to be used as water reserve in case of water supply interruption. External shower with cold water. Fixed brickwork barbecue.
The home is entirely furnished including the following commodities: complete kitchen with dishes, gas stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, electrical oven, freezer, microwave, 2 TVs (one with DVD player) and digital terrestrial decoder. It has the washing machine, iron and ironing board; hair dryer, bed for kids up to 2 years old, air conditioning in each room, mosquito net, clothesline both inside and in the garden.

"As a mature couple we enjoyed the accommodation and the surroundings. There was a supermarket, restaurants, fresh fish shop all within walking distance. The accommodation was clean, the place was quiet the surroundings attractive. There are a lot of dogs barking at night in the distance but not enough to disturb us.
To enjoy this location a car is essential as public transport and local taxis are very rare or non-existent."
