Second floor has two king bedrooms plus bathrooms and the bunk room. Third floor has a king bedroom and bath plus a den with a 65” tv and an arcade machine. Third floor porch is a covered outdoor kitchen and seating area with a tv plus a spiral staircase that leads to the fourth floor, rooftop observation deck that has amazing gulf and sunset views. What you will come to love about this South Wall Street beach access is that it is a Walton County neighborhood beach access point. This means that there is no parking for vehicles. The only people at this access point either walked here or biked here so it is a much quieter and less crowded beach than neighboring communities. There is a second public beach access point with parking and restrooms, approximately 760 steps away.
