Nestled in Smith Mountain Lake, this attractive condo for $239 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo with fully stocked kitchen is perfect for your family vacation. All furnishings are only a few years young and the view off the deck is truly beautiful off the main part of the lake where you can watch the sail boats set sail from the nearby Yacht Club. It is located at Bernard's Landing in Peninsula Towers. This is the only condo building that features an entrance from the parking lot as well as a lakeside back door. There is a convenient day dock for your use if you bring or rent a watercraft (owned Watercraft must be registered for a fee for the duration of your stay at Bernard's Landing security office located on the way in). You can walk to Napoli on the Lake restaurant and Store near the office or to the Clubhouse where you can find indoor and outdoor pools, tennis/pickleball courts, exercise room, and beach area. Great shopping is nearby at Westlake Village, and many other restaurants are within a 20 min. drive. There are many golf courses and wineries in the area, kayak and paddle board rentals at many marinas around the lake, and local stores for shopping and restaurants of all types throughout the lake area. We enjoyed our stay in Bernard's Landing. The lake and community are stunning. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The view of lake was vast and beautiful. It was nice to have a dock for boating and swimming. There's a nice small market and restaurant within walking distance. We enjoyed games of pickleball. The lake was so nice we didn't use the pool, but it convenient to the condo.

Exquisite views of the lake, condo had everything we needed including comfy beds, laundry, well appointed kitchen. This was our first time to Smith Mountain Lake. Lynn was so easy to work with, very responsive. Easy check-in and check-out process. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall our family was very pleased with the stay. The unit was much larger than we expected. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and misc. foods. We really enjoyed their philosophy of "borrow what you need, if you finish it replace it" when it comes to foods/etc. We hope to return next year!

Bird’s eye view is a great place! Everything you could need is in the condo. Very comfortable beds. Location is perfect. Walking distance to pool, tennis, beach Napoli by the lake. View is superb! Lynn communicated quickly and was very helpful when I had to make a change from earlier in the year. I recommend highly!

This was our second time to Bernard's Landing and the first to this property. The space is great and was perfect for our family of 4. However, the internet is abysmal. Don't plan on streaming anything on any device. The toilet seat in the main bathroom kept coming unhinged which wasn't a deal breaker but annoying with small children. Same with the left cabinet door under the sink in the kitchen. Overall, we had a wonderful time and there were many thoughtful things throughout the condo. Like specialty kitchen gadgets (kitchen had everything you could need), toys / games / puzzles / books for the entire family, and even step stools (which the kids loved!). And you couldn't beat the view from the porch and being able to easily walk to Napoli's and the pools.

We loved our stay! The location is awesome. The condo had everything we needed. The dock is an additional plus. We fished from the dock and rented a boat that we were able bring back to the condo. Great restaurant next door within walking distance. Beach and pool we also within walking distance. Property is well maintained. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was convenient to where we rented pontoon boat and jet ski. We enjoyed talking to other renters and owners. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo clean. I loved having coffee every morning looking at the beautiful lake while sitting on the deck.

Great setup. Would be perfect if had 2 full baths instead of 1.5. Plenty of seating to meet up with rest of family in another condo. Hard to get u it to cool down- maybe because it’s 3rd floor? Hot sleeping. Beautiful coffee mugs but will Scald you if microwaved!!! Other than that. Loved it and so close to the dock. Had great time w volleyball on beach across the field too. ( bring ball).

We’re absolutely loved this home. Have been staying at SML annually for nearly 20 years and this is one of my favorites! Everything is thoughtfully placed, stocked and communicated. Honestly wouldn’t change a thing - felt just like home.

What a wonderful experience we had staying at Bernard’s Landing. The condo was perfect, well stocked, clean and with easy access to all the offerings. We have more trips ahead of us and hope will will get to settle right back in to Lynn’s lovely home away from home.

Great stay at Smith Mountain Lake!

My family stayed here during spring break. The view from the condo is beautiful. It is well stocked and comfortable. It is in walking distance to an indoor pool, gym, and playground- which we all enjoyed as a family. Only a quick drive in to town where there was lots to do. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment options. We visited a state and national park during our visit too. This condo is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. The host was helpful and responsive. We hope to return soon!

Look no further for a perfect lake condo! We immediately felt like we were at home. The owner provides more kitchen tools and utensils than you can even anticipate that you will need which makes cooking very easy. I would absolutely come here for a holiday and feel confident that I could cook our family favorite dishes and have everything needed to do so with only a quick stop at the grocery store for main ingredients. My kids loved the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and workout room. The beds were comfy and the towels soft.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. The property was beautiful and clean. I have celiac disease so it is extremely difficult for me to eat out. There was a grocery store a few miles away and the kitchen was very nice. We hope to visit again.

We loved this place! Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Location was great with an incredible view! We spent a lot of time on the deck, enjoying the beautiful weather. Check in was a breeze. Host was available for questions. Only disappointing part was that some things close down after Labor Day and we couldn't rent a kayak or eat at one restaurant we wanted. We're already making plans to go back.
