We were very impressed with the proximity to the lake for beautiful views. The unit was clean and well appointed for guest comfort. Amenities were excellent, the year round residents we met were very nice and the restaurant was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful spot on the lake! We rented a boat from Bernard’s Landing one day and spent the entire day on the lake. Loved it.

We love visiting Bernard's Landing and the two of us were very comfortable here for 3 nights. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. We loved the lake view, especially when we ate breakfast outside. It was great to be able to walk to the pickleball courts and the pool. The kitchen is well-supplied. We were pleasantly surprised to have a washer/dryer, as I don't think that was mentioned in the list of amenities. My main suggestion for improvement is curtains in the bedroom that would block out morning light. We will be back to Smith Mountain Lake and would be very happy to stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the condo while on a week-long Family Reunion vacation in the neighborhood. The rooms were most pleasant, It was easy to get into and out of. The pool was inviting and the grounds were well kept. It was not easy to get info on our rental until the last minute and then I was not sure who to contact with questions. The people at evolve were most helpful in getting me info and letting me know what to do next.

Awesome View had a truly awesome view. Everything was as promised and we had everything we needed. The fridge had water accumulating under both crisper drawers. It was coming from the white plastic chute in the back of the fridge so I put a bowl there to catch it and that worked. The grill wouldn’t light.

Condo was easy to find in the dark in the rain. Beds were great, linens clean and fresh. Everything was clean. All essentials were supplied which was great for doing laundry and running dishwasher. Overall very roomy for four adults. WiFi worked great.

This condo was located close to the water, pool and tennis courts! We had a great time kayaking and swimming. There was so much to do at the lake and Bernard’s landing! The host (Tim) was very responsive and we will definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing condo with a beautiful view of the lake. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. The use of the pickle ball courts, swimming pool and indoor facilities really added to the trip. My family had the best time and we will definitely come back! Great vacay!!!!!!

Knowing the king bed was 33” off the floor and needed to be replaced would have been helpful. I’m 5’5 and had trouble getting in. Subsequently slept in the twin mattress which was very comfortable less the odor in the room and roommates which bite

Very nice condo. Had trouble finding our unit since it was pouring rain when we arrived (and the condo building has very tiny numbers). I would recommend figuring this out before arrival! The beds were very comfortable and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Would stay here again!

This was a perfect place for a short weekend getaway with my sister. I've been to SML several times in the summer but never in the winter. While many things are closed during the winter months, there were enough shops and restaurants open to meet our needs. Our goal was to have a relaxing few days together and we were able to do that. The condo was in a good location in relation to the grocery store, some restaurants and shopping. We had a nice view of the lake from the walkout sliding door. It was very clean and felt cozy. My check-in information got lost somewhere in the myriad of gmails. I reached out through the app and the owners promptly contacted me. Very nice people. We would stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay from start to finish. The beds were comfortable, big kitchen well-stocked, great location near the tennis courts and pool, beautiful view of the lake and mountains, new washer and dryer, you name it, this place had it. Communication with the property management company was clear, and when needed to communicate directly with the owner, all was easy and friendly, too! No complaints at all. Definitely will return!

The process from start to finish with the realtor was fantastic. They were very helpful and communicative. The lodging itself was impeccably clean and furnished with everything we needed (*except a brownie pan! :)). We have stayed at many places at Bernard's and this was one of the best! thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Condo was perfect, stocked with everything you need. It has an excellent view of the lake especially the floor to ceiling bay window in the dining room which is great to eat breakfast and watch sunrises.
