Incredible location just a 10 minute walk to the old city center (Diocletians Palace). Very modern room with an awesome bathroom (rain shower head). Staff was very nice and recommended an excellent pizzeria nearby in the old town. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and authentically Croatian.
A bit tricky to enter the driveway to park in the rear of the building. Larger cars and wagons might struggle.

Seven Seas is a small residence with seven rooms available. The building is very tidy and fresh-looking. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The bedroom was extremely clean and tidy, almost looking like we were the first ones to stay there. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
I would recommend this stay for anyone looking for a cozy stay in Split.

Good breakfast and very nice orange juice
Narrow beds. I had to make the beds on arrival! Rooms not cleaned. They just changed the towels while we were having breakfast which was not even needed as we stayed only 2 days. Limited toiletries - just shampoo not replenished on day 2.
