We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under 35) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 27. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES. Weddings, Wedding Receptions, Proms or Parties of any kind are NOT PERMITTED at or on the property of our home. OUR HOME IS MONITORED FOR VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY. ALL VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITH ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS BEING FORFEITED AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED! RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES ARE NULL AND VOID AND CHECK-IN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS! John was very easy to coordinate/communicate with. The house is beautiful and unique. Very quiet area but close to lots of great villages. Great outdoor set up.

We have been renting in the Sag Harbor/East Hampton area for a few years and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. We hated to leave and can’t wait to stay again. It’s stylish, spacious, beautifully equipped and John rocks- he’s so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We've stayed at some beautiful houses, but this is far and away the best. I've never stayed at a house that was this clean, beautifully decorated and well cared for. It is clear that the owners love the house and want people to enjoy their stay. And we definitely did! We loved the kitchen, the bedrooms, the outdoor sofa, the swing, hammock, grill, tv rooms...everything was beyond amazing. And the owner, John, was an absolute pelasure to deal with. He checked in to make sure eveything was ok, and was very receptive when we had questions. We will definitely be back for many years to come. Also, when John tells you that the outdoor shower is the best shower in the world, he is neither incorrect nor overstating, it was wonderfull!!!! Book this property immediatly, you will not regret it!!!

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at the home. From the large, open backyard that was great fun, to the coziness of the family room for movie nights, and a beautiful kitchen to entertain. We will definitely be back for round 2!

This house is even better in person. The backyard is amazing and had plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. John was in communication with me throughout our stay and offered to help with anything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

The property and house were in pristine condition….no expense was spared and very comfortable with great gathering areas. The backyard was perfect for entertaining, a great bbq setup/outdoor kitchen, lounge area by the pool plus a fire pit circled by Adirondack chairs. When we arrived, John the property manager reached out to make sure our expectations were met and made it clear he was available if we needed anything. He also gave us great suggestions about the area, location was great! We will rebook this house when we return to the east end.

We absolutely loved our stay at John's home! The backyard is incredible and the location is perfect- right near Sag Harbor and a quick drive to the town of East Hampton. John was super helpful with answering any questions we had during our stay. We couldn't recommend this rental enough!

We had the most wonderful stay- the house is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated it also has EVERYTHING you could ever need. The kitchen was a highlight for me as they had every utensil you could ever wish for which made cooking a real joy. We had the most perfect Christmas holiday and couldn’t rate the house more highly.

This is a great property. Spacious post and beam style home with a neat mid-century modern decorating touch. Very well equipped with a beautiful yard and lovely landscaping. Terrific place to relax yet only a few minutes drive to Sag Harbor or a few more to East Hampton. Accessibility is great. The owner is , helpful, friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend.

This property is the perfect vacation spot for a Hamptons visit. It’s location and proximity to sag harbor, east hampton and Bridgehampton is an amazing perk, but you could never leave the house and be extremely happy. My kids lived in the pool and on the giant swing and we all slept comfortably in the spacious bedrooms. John is a great host and so easy going and nice. 10/10 will revisit.

John’s house is pristine, spotless, full of light and super easy to navigate. Garden is amazing with a great pool + outdoor dinner table, barbecue, living area and fire pit. Sag Harbor is just a few minutes away, and it’s easy to go to the beach as well as East Hampton and Bridgehampton’s village and amenities. John was super responsive and easy to interact with - we had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to come back!

John was communicative and helpful before we’d even arrived. He was constantly in touch and ready to help when needed. Great recommendations for food and shopping. Beautiful property and perfect for our mixed group. Lots of room inside and out. BBQ’d most nights with lovely, outdoor amenities. When we had a plumbing issue at the house, John was quick to arrive and take care of us, which he did. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I’d for sure stay here again as well as rent from John at any of his properties. Thank you for everything! An amazing week.

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week here. The house is beautiful, immaculately decorated and cared for. We comfortably had 9 family members (including 2 kids) in the house. The home is set back from the road, creating quiet and privacy and the back yard is spacious and lovely. The location is central to a number of surrounding towns. John and Nathalie were extremely responsive and focused on us enjoying our stay. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful spot. The host was very accommodating to our every need. We used all of the amenities, including the fabulous kitchen, the glorious pool, the variety of bikes and helmets and the rope swing! We enjoyed the grill and the huge outside table for some fantastic family dinners. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. It was close to cute East Hampton. I would definitely recommend this spot!

We had a great week in the Hamptons with our family. The property was uniquely set up to accommodate our family. The TV room was great so my older boys could stay up late playing video games or watching movies and didn’t bother my younger daughter when we put her to bed!
The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to do our own lobster boil. We enjoyed many swims. Even the swing in the back was a big hit!
John was very communicative and easy to reach. Would definitely rent again

Clean house, great common areas, yard and pool. Quiet neighborhood and well located between north and south sides of Wainscot. A few questions to owner were answered promptly and very very helpful. Outdoor spaces comfortable, big gas grill and all sorts of pool toys, beach chairs, etc. 5-stars.

The house was incredibly clean and beautiful just as advertised in the pictures and written about in the details. The home was equipped with everything you need for the weekend. All linens and towels were clean and great to use! The home is situated in the “woods” but such a close drive to Sag Harbor and Bridge/East Hampton. We had such a wonderful time and would rent over and over again.

My family and I spent a few days here for a weekend in June and fell in love with the house. Super secluded, peaceful, and beautiful. The home looked EXACTLY like the photos and John the owner was extremely kind and responsive. We had a terrific time here and would love to come again next summer!

We had an amazing stay at John's property in the Hamptons. This house comes exactly as advertised. It has a clean design with lots of open space yet feels incredibly cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped and overall spectacular with top of the line appliances. The backyard is huge and I can only imagine how much fun the pool is during the summer, our daughters enjoyed playing/running in the snow. John was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Would book with him again!! Thank you John!

John's home is beautiful. Very well taken care of home and landscaping. Beautiful mid-century furniture, pottery and modern art. A unique home with beautiful wood beams and open-space, loft-like ground floor. We really enjoyed using the fireplace. And John was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time escaping the city at John's property over the holidays. The house was just lovely --- so many beautiful touches and details, from the beaming to the skylights to the unique and stylish décor. The kitchen was incredible - a cook's dream. The backyard was pretty and spacious; a great place for our boys to run around.We had a really great experience working with John. He was an unbelievably attentive and thoughtful property manager. We hope to rent from him again someday soon!
