Da limpeza, da organização e educação de quem recebe os hóspedes.
Tem uma escada íngreme na entrada, pessoas mais velhas ou com problema de locomoção vai encontrar desafios para entrar.

The staff was very kind, helpful, flexible and responsive, and they spoke English. They were generous with the check-in and check-out times, and they helped me find a money exchange on a day where the main ones were closed. The rooms are air conditioned, and because they don't have windows they got pretty cool. The room was sufficiently comfortable. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the center.
I wished they emptied the bins in the kitchen and washroom more often and that they provided hand soap in the washroom.

Great spot to pop into Manaus, really nice guys and got everything you need for a night or two. Super great value for Manaus and easy location to walk to the center or grab an uber wherever you need.
For longer stays it is ok - still worth it for the value, but there isn't really any space outside of your room to hangout in - other than the kitchen.
