The hotel offers excellent facilities, including good food, common area, game room, laundry service, a gym, swimming pool, and an observation deck.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with convenient water stations on every floor.
The breakfast was good, and the location was ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the train station, which connects to many attractions.
The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall with plenty of dining options, and just a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to KL Gateway Mall.
The complimentary shuttle service was an added bonus!
A couple of minor drawbacks: The pillows were a little too firm, and the room could be noisy due to its proximity to the road.

Great location between malls, food spots, and grocery stores. Affordable, and generally clean and well maintained.
Room quality is inconsistent between stays. This time there was a random flushing sound in the room that went off in the middle of the night. Wifi is also unreliable — poor signal and random disconnections. I stay here regularly enough to know these are recurring issues, not one-offs.

It was an average stay. The most enjoyable thing was the water temperature and pressure for the shower, other than that everything was average.
There's a slight issue with privacy. There was an incident during my stay where I did not request for room clean up, however, I come back from outside to a staff in my room & he was using my bathroom! As a guest I find that extremely unprofessional as my private belongings were all over the room, and on top of that he was also using my bathroom for his personal business. Even though cutlery was not provided in the room, I went down to the front desk to borrow cutlery & I was immediately denied by the front desk. I was told that there was no cutlery in the hotel, but they did have a hotel breakfast area downstairs. No help was even attempted to be given to me. Thirdly, on every floor and throughout the space, there are no trashcans anywhere. I don't understand as to where guest are supposed to throw their thrash. Overall, if you want a budget friendly stay & you are okay with these types of inconveniences, you can stay here! But otherwise just avoid and book another place instead. Breakfast was also below par.
