It is at the harbor, which is great. Nice view.
Minibar is free, there was 1 cola, 1 fanta, 4 waters and 1 prosecco.
Breakfast is not buffet, you have to order and a lot of items are not included in the price, but you have to pay for the a la carte. This is unreasonable practice for a suggestedly 5* hotel. This is a cheap move.
Also, despite the hotel being at the harbor, the breakfast was in a cold (almost freezing) room with very limited view to the sea. We asked to switch off the AC or open the windows, were promised, but never happened and the staff stopped us fron opening the windows ourselves. My wife had to wear a thick sweater.

Location.& Staff
A/C wasn't working in a 5* hotel. Couldn't sleep because the room was too warm and opening the window was impossible because of the noise outside.
Lift was half way to the floor, meaning you had to use the stairs.
